Cool Kids Snowball's — Restaurant in Ponchatoula

First off let me say I just moved here in March I hadn't ever had a real snoball until I moved to Louisiana then I tried a couple i also found what I like its called a snoshake but today had made me so mad ill never eat another sno anything again in my life first I waited forever then I was given a medium cup when I ordered a large then when i asked about it the girl had an attitude i have kids so i didnt go off on her but I for sure will never eat another sno anything from anywhere period because of my experience today every person at this establishment makes the snoshake different which is also a problem but ive been ok with that because i assume not everyone there will make it the same or take the same time to make sure its not just chunks of ice and actually what im asking for i spend alot of time and money there i take my kids there when my wife asks if I want a snoball we only go to one place i also want to add i was getting them somewhere else a stuffed snoball and its great i wont drop the name of the place because i think that would be rude and wrong of me but I started coming here because of the snoshake and now ill never have one again can someone tell me why today they are rude or whatever the case might have been maybe it was me but the only thing I asked was is this a large cup for a snoshake and I didnt really appreciate the tone I got back can the workers say sorry or apologize for the rudeness of what because im offended by the amount of money I spend only to have an attitude thrown at me and of the owner doesn't care then I feel like owell my money obviously isn't good enough i would love someone to comment back or tell me something that will at least make me consider going back or tell me something that will make me stay away thank you and have...

I love this snowball stand. (I go almost everyday...don't judge!). They have a large menu board of flavors, but I haven't ventured from my new favorite snowball flavor...sweet cream delight. This snowball has a sweet milky flavor with condensed milk added on top. Add to it little chunks of fresh strawberries and pineapple...YUM! So, why 4 stars instead of 5? Consistency. My favorite snowball doesn't always taste the same way. Sometimes the flavoring is to milky, not enough sweetness. Sometimes they put a good amount of condensed milk, but lately it has been very little, which makes me ask for double (I pay .50 cents extra for extra...worth it). Sometimes my snowball is dry at the bottom, other times the cup can barely hold the liquid. I'm sure after a month or two of making snowballs, consistency will come and a fifth star will be added. Overall pretty darn good snowballs. The ice is pretty fine, but sometimes there are smaller chunks of ice so it's not very even all the way through. They give lots of syrup though, which helps make things better. Their chocolate is pretty darn good, and I love that they have blue bell ice cream to stuff their snowballs with.
