Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Ponchatoula

First I would like to say I love Papa John's I order once maybe twice a week , the quality of the food was not the issue (which it could've been better) BUT my delivery driver !! I feel like I gave pretty clear instructions on how to come to my apartment but as soon as I got the text the driver was otp I went outside to wait. As I waited I saw the driver pull into the middle of the street and parked there for a good 10 minutes, as I waved my arms trying to get his attention. He didn't even follow the instructions to pull in the back nor get out the car to search for the apartment, THEN he proceeds to pull up and honk his horn throughout the neighborhood to try and get my attention even though I was already outside trying to get his attention, I was APPALLED and highly disappointed. I visited your location at 513 Pine St Ponchatoula, LA 70454 around 7:25pm on March 22 to pickup my carryout 8ct wings. I get there and I tell the employee my name and Aden says he cant find my order! I am a frequent customer who uses papa order tracker and order tracker says that my order was ready for pickup. How in the hell could you lose my order??? I asked the manager, Aden and he says, “we were busy”. That is no EXCUSE sir. You shouldn't be a manager if you cant work in a high traffic location. It’s not my fault you cant do your job. The owner needs to hire better managers who know how to run a location on a Saturday! The young managers name was “Aden”, and he needs to be trained on customer service. I asked to be compensated for my time because he forced me to wait for another order to be made and then tried to charge me full price for his mistake!!...

We decided to order pizza and have it delivered since we've been on the road all day. Big mistake, we ordered and it said our order should be delivered by 7:15. Well when we checked the app it said it was with a door dash driver but they were just sitting at the restaurant so we called, we were assured our order had left and should arrive any minute. 20 minutes later nothing, we call back and they have no idea but can quality control it whatever that is, and have it sent out again. We decided that was just going to take too long and we would drive to pick it up. When we arrived the pizza is incorrect and we have to wait yet again. Not a good...
