8/7/24 - Twice now, Tim Horton's has failed to provide the artisan bread for my chili and turkey bacon club. On July 24th, I got a refund. Today, no refund was possible, which is frustrating and rather confusing.
An associate, without my consent, used my phone to submit a ticket under my name, breaching my trust. I submitted another ticket to clarify and followed up with a call to customer service, only to be told by the agent that they couldn't help. Supervisors aren't allowed to take direct calls, and they couldn't provide a time frame for a callback. I mentioned that due to service issues and work constraints, I often miss calls.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The lack of proper customer service, both in-store and via their phone line, is concerning. Tim Horton's needs to address these issues promptly.

But if you have one person handling the orders that come inside, why the hell are you having them run drive thru orders out when there are 5 of y'all running the drive thru? Makes absolutely no sense. There's a worker there, an old women with very white hair, who is extremely rude, was very condescending towards the cashier who was trying to do her job while being yelled at by the person running the drive thru. Today on 10/11 I tried telling the lady they forgot my hash brown the other day and she just walked off. And have me a pumpkin spice muffin, when I asked for a donut.
