Zara Shawarma Grill — Restaurant in Pontiac

This place is likely the best bang for the buck that’s have enjoyed since first visiting Xochimilco in Detroit I the 70’s. The food is tasty and plentiful and can not really be described as cheap, because it’s really tastes exceptionally delicious. For some, the only downside is that ZSG seems to be a kind of ‘Subway for Shawarma’. Wrong! Zara’s is great because it is the subway of shawarma. This hole in the wall eatery gives you unlimited fresh shawarma amendments. Hummus, tabouli, pickled veggies, and lots of other toppings and Mediterranean sauces. Good stuff! And for me, it’s fortunately close to home. Even better, the people who work here are genuinely very nice and always appear appreciative of your business and providing an excellent service. Another positive. A simple menu. Beef and chicken. Shawarma sandwiches or bowls. I recommend the extra meat. Equals extra leftovers and sometimes, for me, (2 or 3) extra meals! Highly...

I've been driving by this new restaurant on Telegraph and business M59 for a couple of weeks and I decided to stop in on a Saturday saw the sign for 399 for a chicken or beef Shawarma so I decided to stop pictures shown I stopped in for the 399 special for a beef or chicken shawarma that was set up like a Subway you could get any toppings and any amount of toppings and the sausage were anywhere from Ranch to Hummus to garlic to tahini Italian and hot sauce you can have it toasted or untoasted I pretty much. The works well it definitely taste wonderful lots of flavor it everything just blends together really well. You could taste a little bit of everything every part of my tongue is dancing maybe this is a one-off but I'm goinbg to try it a second time just to confirm let you know Toodles. If you're in a hurry call and place your order plus they deliver 5 mile radius $10 min and a $3 charge....

Should have given it 3 stars but due to the customer service it knocks it down to 2 stars. 2 days in a row I've been there ( good chicken btw) and the ladies in their ( you know who you are) seemed to have an attitude. I can understand if they might have had a bad day but for 2 days in a row . I won't be going back. definitely diddnt feel welcomed. As I was trying to place my order as the fan in the back was so loud I couldn't understand what the lady said and when she repeated herself it was with and even grumpier tone as if she was annoyed with me asking already on top of working . So I looked her in the eyes and said never mind on the food and walked out . Really sad they had to lose out on a regular customer . I haven't seen the older lady that usually works there, I love her personality and she loves to greet everyone...
