I rarely eat Little Caesars unless it's for a work thing or a family gathering that they decide to do Little Caesars because it's cheaper for larger groups. We've actually had better pizza at other Little Caesars locations than this one for these events. This just happens to be one of those. Not my favorite but they are the ones who order it so I'll survive. I prefer local pizza and when/if I do chains it's usually Jets, Domino's, or Papa's John's but you get the picture. We did the deal for the two pizzas for $4.99 each. The pizza was not cooked all of the way, you can tell it was still raw just by looking at it. The extra cheese pizza was sloppy and the crust was so uneven. On half the pizza, the crust was raised, the other half it was flat and rugged. The pepperoni, looked raw, I thought it was going to fall apart when picking up. It was very soft and floppy. You can tell in the picture half the dough was uncooked. I called the location and I told her the pizzas were cooked and we can't eat this. After explaining the pizza was not cooked all the way, she seemed to not understand what I was talking about. The pizza was literally not cooked and it is not that hard to figure out. She offered to make another one, after saying yes I called back and requested a refund. Now I have to head back out to a local pizza place for better quality and everyone is hungry. This is why I rarely do chains. Hopefully they'll agree to other pizza place options than Little Caesars from now on. Paying a little extra for better pizza...
Read moreThe last visit my mom and I made, their so called 'ready to go' pizza, after almost one slice, made us both sick to our stomachs. The crust was dry and huge bubbles, not just on the edge of the crust, but one of the slices, it was more bubble than cheese and pepperoni on it! Don't they even know what a pizza fork is for, or even OWN own one in the first place? And yes, I am speaking from on and off of 30+years of many various other pizza places, so yes, I do know what a pizza fork looks like and what it is used for, AND for that matter, what a proper pizza should look like. I had worked at one pizza chain (who shall remain nameless.), in many different stores and had learned everything from making the pizzas, manning the ovens (and yes, using a pizza fork!), the cutting table, routing the drivers and cashing them in AND out, taking the orders, and the opening and closing paperwork, and in the one store, I did the paperwork so well, and I mean down to the penny, I ended up getting the store audited and they found out that I was correct! And my job classification was a C.S.R. (Customer Service Representative)! And I was ever so proud when I was not only invited to attend, but also to participate in a management meeting down at the headquarters! So to end this rant of mine, neither my Mother, my Sister and her Husband, nor I will ever order from Little Caesars Pizza again! And if I could, I would have rated this place a...
Read moreThe worst little Caesars there is. I ordered a stuffed crust with extra butter and parmesan all over. Then ordered a sticks and slices with bacon added to the stick side and I was told they don't do special orders like that. I said ok then why does every other little Caesars offer that. I was told 15 min wait. My wait time ended up being 30 min and still got my order wrong. I showed them I ordered extra butter and parmesan all over and there wasn't. There were 10 other customers waiting and the employees all had there ear buds in bouncing to what ever they were listening to. I'm all for making work fun but make sure your doing your job right and taking care of the customers because with out us getting a quick dinner they wouldn't be getting a paycheck. Management and ownership should be ashamed of the work environment there. Also my total was 24.00 if I go to the one I usually go to it's only 18.00. I will never visit this little...
