Hardee's — Restaurant in Pontotoc

I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy should have been 2 for 5 they charged me 6.46. Then 2 plain biscuits were almost 4.00 and a large hash brown I asked to be extra crispy. I got it and they were in a greasy ball all stuck together under cooked. I called 3x to tell them about it and have never got an answer. The biscuits were under cooked. I love Hardee's for breakfast but I had a bad experience last 2x I have been. And it was 14.00 for what I ordered. That was money I just threw away cause I couldn't eat anything. I know they can do better...

I got home and was missing a biscuit witch I understand people mess up but it's also their responsibility to fix it when they mess up. So I called and was told if I come back and get it that they would give me my money back for having to drive 15 miles back there and 15 back home. So I get there and they wont give me my money back 😂😂 needless to say, I wont be back. That's not how you take care of customers, I've been in customer service for 7 years, I know how it works and what you should do to make your mistakes right! AWFUL...

The crunch of the curly fries was spectacular!!!

Really enjoyed it.

but the burger specifically the number two just awful the meat was drier than the Sahara Desert. No flavor at all. I also tried the Crunchy Crispy Chicken tenders but they were just a disappointment no crunch at all it was basically a Soggy mess, definitely NOT crispy.

Sauce is also nothing to get hyped up about.

But than those fresh curly fries was the highlight of the entire trip.

Definitely there for the fresh crispy fries but everything...
