Employee (Brittany) who stated she was the general manager was very unprofessional, disrespectful and she needs to retrained on her management skills, speaking and dealing with the public and the overall operation of the store. I won't visit location 5571 in Pooler, GA. Service was poor. I called to state the order was incorrect and the employee who answered would not give me her name, she raised her voice and disputed what I was trying to inform of. The employee asked if I wanted to come back and I stated I was on my way to work in Savannah. The employee stated I could come back the next day to have my order redone. Today, I went in and asked to speak with the manager (Brittany) and she addressed me from the cooking area asking me could she help me. I asked her if she could come up front to speak with Me and she stated it would be shortly as she was the only one in the back. When she did come to the front it was with a confrontational manner and she would not address me directly as she was figetty and uneasy. When I tried to state why I was there, Brittany continuously interrupted me never letting me speak. Brittany left the front returning to the back and never addressing why I was there. I had to ask the front counter employee was my order from the day before being taken care of and when she asked Brittany, she stated no. Brittany then made the comment that the order could have been done at another location on yesterday and she would not honor correcting the order from yesterday. Brittany commented that is how it is done. I know for certain from past experience that where I made a purchase, that location would make the correction. One day I had my drive thru employee add more shake mix to machine...then BOOM we see two roaches swirming in the remainder of shake mix. So my first reaction is shut it down not more ice cream. GM said just take them out and add the mix. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? She has hired many people and they have left due to her attitude and lack of training. I was a manager that was looking for a transfer because I do not like the store is being ran and the GM is absolutely disrespectful to employees and customers. "I don't care about them crackers" "them your people" "you deal with them" (verbal and text) tried to get transfer ,but I cant because I was not properly trained for my position. She comes to work smelling like weed...there was one time I was going to throw a cup away she had during hours and I smelled the hennesy and Red Bull strongly...I say all that to say this. DRIVE IS SLOW BECAUSE THOSE KIDS ARE NOT TRAINED AT ALL. NO VIDEOS OR NOTHING.EVERYBODY HAD SOMEBODY TELL THEM WHAT TO DO.BUT NOT SIT AND WATCH VIDEOS ON HOW TO DO. Read moreI am a fan of their burgers. Now if I marry it up with McD's fries, a perfect combo. But I was just passing through on a recent trip. The whole place looked clean and smelled like grilled burgers (what did you expect, roses?) The cleanliness included the women's bathroom, yeah! The service was good during a busy lunch period.
Next trip (7/2024), sadly not as good as before. The women's bathroom not as tidy, no paper towels just an almost empty room on the counter. No liner in trash can. Toilets could use some attention as well. The lady who took my order was clean and tidy and very pleasant and knew her job well. No napkins in the dining room. Another roll of paper to tear away. Most of the tables needed to be wiped down. My order came out in 6 minutes. Other people seemed to be waiting a bit longer for food. I blame the shortcomings on staff shortages. I could see 3 people working. The drive-through guy helped get food to counter customers as the counter person was in the back helping to prepare the food. They all seemed to work well together but they can't clean tables or toilets when there is a flow of customers. I hope I caught them at a bad time but it was a bit disappointing.
