Update !! I went back this week at 8am when they opened & there was no line!!!! They seem to have worked out the kinks with the recipes too.. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch one is really good definitely my favorite so far! I’m going back to try the rest of the flavors later as long as the line isn’t long. I only bought two this morning to be sure I wasn’t wasting my money again because the first time I tried the cookies they were flavorless, but definitely was not disappointed this time… P.S. You can call your dogs off in the comments now lol
Their chocolate chip cookies weren’t nearly as good as the ones I’ve gotten from other locations they tasted like flour & chocolate chips, the cookies and cream flavor was overly salty in the batch I received, the key lime was okay at best& the flavor that is usually not a fan favorite was the only one that wasn’t nasty, pink sugar. The other two flavors were sold out and you won’t find out until you get to the front after waiting for almost two hours because no one will come out and inform the crowd before hand. & They weren’t sold out like out of ingredients for a new batch , the new batch of cookies just weren’t ready and they wouldn’t allow me to order them & then wait for them after waiting in line for almost 2 hours to place an order lol. So, If you’re thinking of going any time soon I would recommend holding off until there’s no line because it’s definitely not worth waiting in line& until they work out the kinks in their recipes because I’ve been to locations in different cities and these cookies in Pooler tasted nothing like those. Super disappointed & now I feel as though I’d rather take the drive to a further location for better quality cookies. Read moreThey sold out on 4 out of 6 cookies and one of the employees told me I can wait if I’d like for 30-40 mins. I reluctantly agreed to wait and then later the manager caught an attitude with me and was mumbling stuff under her breath. She eventually came over to address me and said in the future don’t wait because they can’t promise that I’ll get my cookies because of other orders that may be promised to others. Although that didn’t make sense, I urged her to communicate that to her staff so they know what to tell customers and not offer that as an option. I also asked if next time she would tell me early enough where I’m not already waiting for my cookies because by the time she said something, I only had 15 minutes left of waiting and that included the 5 minute cooling period.
I also asked if she would not direct her attitude towards because her employee gave me the option to wait. She said that in the future if we revisit that particular store (which we have no desire to) to keep in mind that waiting for cookies is not an option. I also questioned how they were even out of those cookies in the first place considering it was 1 in the afternoon and they weren’t out entirely there was just none baked. I was told that they have previous people before me that took 12 milk chocolates but to me it seem like a poor excuse for not be on top of baking
Honestly, out all the crumbl’s I’ve been to across the nationwide, this was by far the worst. It wasn’t clean, the manager was rude, passive aggressive and didn’t want to address her employee for his mishap and instead directed her attitude towards me (the paying customer) and they were all talking and playing around instead of working so I attribute that to them not having cookies done.

Read moreRIDICUOLOUSLY UNORGANIZED! Customer service was trash. Ordered ahead in hopes that it would be a simple grab and go. NOPE. Got there at my pickup time. Followed the steps on the app. Told the person at the door my name, and she said she would bring it outside. I waited. 10 mins went by. She asks me what was the name on the order again. Why did it take 10 mins to ask me again?!?! Another 10 mins go by! The door person comes out to tell the lady near me they're out of smores cookies and goes back inside. And it takes another 10 mins for her to come back out to say she still can't find my order!!! She finally pulls it up on the ipad to find it and then tells me they're out of smores cookies. So there was never an order ready. If it was ready the smores cookies would have been in the box before my pickup time. I've been standing outside for 30 mins for an order you never made and couldn't find. If you can't find someone's order, STAND THERE UNTIL YOU FIND IT!!! COMMUNICATE! In 30 mins you could have fixed my order and that would have been fine. But you didn't. You just wasted my time, disappointed the people the cookies were for, and made me late to my event all for nothing. When I finally gave up and asked for a refund, the manager couldn't even do that right! Told me I had to wait for another manager. NOOOO!!!!! Never again will I go through this...
