My first order from this location was delivery. I used the text feature and placed my order at 8:25pm. At 9:39 pm I got the text that Chris was on his way. At 9:53pm the tracker said Bryan was on his way. At 10:20pm I received cold burnt pizza, cold cheese sticks and cold wings. I used the pizza insurance which is falsely advertised on TV. They claim they bring you a replacement pizza, but it is only good for 20% off your next order or 16 “pizza points” not including delivery charge. The online coupons give more than the 20% and you can’t stack the coupon and 20%. Quite frankly the “insurance” only seems to benefit dominos. The second visit I decided to pick up. I ordered the same items and when the tracker said my order was ready I left. I waited 20 minutes at the store and they said they were still waiting on the pizza to come out. How does it take 20 minutes for a pizza to go through the oven? Then they realized that 20 minutes ago my pizza was mistaken for delivery. He said he would remake it and expected me to take the cheese sticks that were sitting there for 30 minutes. They claimed that they’re fine because they are on the warmer. I told them to remake or I don’t want any of it. Having seen how dirty the kitchen was I will never eat there again. There was flour all over the floor, all over the table where they lay pans on top and then use the flour to roll dough. There were dirty gloves all over the floor and to top it off one delivery driver said “they can wait” when told his delivery was up. Corporate needs to send someone in to fix this place. Mark Jackson would have tore me a new one if I let his restaurant (village pizza)...
Read morePost review, order never showed but read this “In real time” review for your amusement. It’s like a short story. Good is a 0 now that it never came and no one will still not answer. Let’s start from the beginning. Order has currently been sitting under a heater for over 40 minutes. Tried to call to ask them to remake it so it wouldn’t be dry and stale but I was kept on hold for over 15 minutes and gave up. No one ever answered the phone. The food is normally DECENT, average at best. The service is terrible and I’m sure nobody cares but I just wanted to let future customers know. This is a localized issue, normally dominos pizza and service is pretty good, but the Pooler franchise was on HWY 80 was a little disappointing in comparison to most. See photos. I will receive my order over 1 hour after it came out the oven and “began inspection”. I live 8 minutes away from the Pooler Hwy 80 location. The franchise owner should be embarrassed. Hope George isn’t your delivery driver because he has been hanging out in the same spot for about 15 minutes. Might have had to see his partner or do something other than work while he is on clock. Anyways I’m actively writing this review in real time so hang tight and see photos of the dried food. As of now it will be 1.25 hours to get 3 miles or 8 minutes down the road. My phone may die so I will add another review with pictures of the old cold dried out food. Tried to call back but whoever answered immediately hung up without saying anything. Thanks for being Dominos in Pooler on HWY 80! There is about 20 pizza places within a 5 mile radius and I would recommend all of them...
Read moreI travel all over the country for work and no matter which state or town I'm in dominos is always my go to for a pepperoni pizza and the spinach and feta stuffed cheesy bread. I just picked up exactly that from this location in Pooler GA and I must admit i am very very dissapointed with not only the poor quality of my food but also the unprofessional way in which the employees who were on shift are doing things over at this specific location. The pizza and cheesy bread were both hands down the absolute worst I have ever been given by any Dominos in the entire country and of course I pre paid before I picked it up and have no time to go make a fuss or have my order re made. That being said I just gave the food to a homeless man I saw sitting outside of the newmarket about a mile down the road it was either that or trash it so I feel I made the more thoughtful and considerate choice of feeding someone in need. As a regular and loyal customer I am upset that I now am back at work and only had a bag of chips from the gas station now I have to run on potato chips until 7am. This location needs some training or maybe new management because they are not up to par with the Dominos locations I've remained loyal to since before the introduction of the original 555 deal. Step it up people your making...
