Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Pooler

I understand service jobs aren't always easy. I was at this location yesterday. I would rather my order have been completely wrong or slow service than what I witnessed at this one. Both employees acted high and hungover. It was disturbing. I was one of the only people in there and they basically played with the food for about 10 minutes and placed the sandwich directly on the dirtiest counter. And yes I mean play. Like I watched the lady moving the meat from one empty bun to the other in rotation for like a minute and a half. I'm not joking. And for some reason they couldn't move my half made sandwich to the end of the line after I stood there at the register for 30 minutes. Then another customer came in and they put my half made sandwich off to the side. I really thought I was part of a practical joke. Finally I just asked for my money back and they said they didn't know how and then jokingly asked for my social security saying that might help. I just walked out of the store at that point. There's much more I could say about the state of the store and how the employees handled the food. Needless to say I lost my appetite and didn't even care that I didn't get my money back. Bad customer service!! Went in on 12/6 around 8:00 pm to get a Giant Turkey and Swiss. I've been going to Jersey Mikes for a long time and I usually get the Regular size, but this time I ordered a Giant. I noticed the slicer only put two more slices than what goes on a a regular size, so I asked him if he could add one more slice and he said, "Are you going to pay for it" with an attitude. So I said that he only put two more slices than what goes on a regular portion. He said the meats portion are based on weight (9.2 oz for a giant) and started showing an attitude. He then weighed the meat, cheese and bread on a scale he got from the back (not sure if it was cleaned or sanitized) and said that the scale read 9.6 oz and took off one slice of meat that was already on the sandwich. I understand you get what you paid for and the business has a set portion for all its sizes, but if he was already going to make the sandwich as it was, then why take off the slice. I would of simply took his word about the portion size and said thank you making my sandwich, but to rub one slice of turkey in a customers face is not good customer service and you just lost a customer for one...

Ordered at the counter the evening of 12/2, 4 sandwiches, cookies and made three meals a combo the sandwich that was not a combo was a hot sandwich. At the checkout the cashier proceeded to bag the order forgetting to bag the hot sandwich, and overcharging me for an extra combo but not giving me the chips or the drink for the combo. Waited in line for 40 minutes, the hot sandwich was done first and was cold by the time the team finished making the cold sandwiches. When I asked about the additional charge I was given attitude, far too much attitude granted the obvious lack of experience the staff had. This is the second time I have visited and have received what I would consider unprofessional service. Despite this being the closer of the two locations in my area this will be the last time I visit this location until the owner/manager gets a better hold on...
