Definitely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The only person that helped me and even made my food was the cashier. She had colorful dreads and a Tommy Hilfiger jacket on and I told her to find another and better job to work at because the establishment look like it was ran by wild animals who don't care about nobody but themselves. There were over seven employees on the floor and nobody was making any customers food they were just sitting there looking stupid like they just got there today. One kid in a glasses just kept being on his phone no gloves on not even looking at the screen and then another kid with pink hair that was rolling with him and they just look like a couple of jack offs and you also have a light skin gentleman who walks from behind the Wendy's counter with a black amount in his mouth for all the customers to see and go outside and start smoking while customers are still waiting on their food. I seen two customers right in front of me ask for refunds and they were angry did the workers or manager care? No they didn't. And the manager he does not look like he should be managing any establishment whatsoever because that crew was not doing no work or making any food but he just cool cuz he back there sitting in the office. Then a customer ask for a manager to dispute something they did wrong with her order he wasn't even giving her answers or even trying to help the problem so everyone except the cashier deserves to be fired and get a new crew to hire. Whoever hire up sees this review just know I'm doing you a favor because nobody there is doing anything and I work at the most busiest restaurant in Pooler and we have never treated customers like you guys have treated customers. Read moreWhen we pulled into the drive thru, the order taker was unresponsive and unprofessional. After waiting to place our order, we asked about a picture of a Seagrams Lime on the menu board, his response was “I don’t know what any of that is out there”. We continued our order which took extremely long because he kept asking us to repeat as you could hear him laughing and bantering with someone else in the background. When we approached pick up window, our entire order was wrong, from size, flavor or drink, and style of nuggets. After we got what we thought was a corrected order, we were almost out the parking lot to realize the food was still incorrect. We returned to the store to be met by a manager who instantly passed blamed and stated “it’s not my fault this ain’t my store”. Several other managers one of which was on the phone were laughing and playing with the crew while we waiting on a refund. We were told we could not get a receipt because the printers were down. The entire experience was almost unreal. Everyone we encountered was unprofessional and uncaring except for the young Caucasian girl in the pick up window. Absolutely worst service ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Second, once at the window the very unpleasant unprofessional woman with the shower bonnet on, never spoke, never said hello, kiss my ass or nothing being she was to busy having fun with the other employee that was wearing pajama pants. Third, the manager was very disheveled and very sloppy in appearance as well. Fourth, when I asked the unprofessional so called customer service person for a receipt I got an eye roll with a smack of the lips and rudely was handed my receipt. Fifth, I then asked to speak to the manager and again was given the eye roll as she yelled to the manager "He want you". Sixth, the manager walked over and was almost as unprofessional as the first person. I said to her that this experience was absolutely ridiculous with the wait time and how unprofessional the lady was at the window that said absolutely Nothing, as I spend my money at this store that goes towards their paycheck!
