Came on 1/18/25 and 2:29 PM. Ordered my regular oreo milk tea. I tasted it and noticed it tasted extremely bitter and had no sweetness. I went to the counter and explained this, but I was told they put sweetner in and it was because of the tea type. I explained that I come here often and it never tasted like this. I even asked if I can add extra sweetner that I was willing to pay for. They said no. The customer service experience was horrible today and I wasted money on a drink I had to throw away. I just ordered coffee milk tea, its too sweet, the manager said that they don’t have no refund no exchange orders. Wow! Oh well, next time ask how much sugar your customer want!!! And if u forgot, put a lil sugar that way if the customer want a lil sweetness in their tea, u can just add up!! Not u make your own decision!! Stupid manager ever!!! I love trying new foods, however, there’s unfortunately a limit to everything and this is the place. The fact that they offer no exchanges or refunds should be a telltale sign.
