THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH. I KNOW ITS JUST MCDONALDS BUT ITS NO WAY. I’ve literally given this McDonald’s multiple chances. I’m so done with this McDonald’s. The drive thru wait time is crazy. I went there a week or two ago and ordered the snack wrap meal I was told to pull up to the drive thru area and proceeded to wait 10 minutes. Before having to go in and them telling me that they were just about to bring it out to me. Then today I decided breakfast shouldn’t be bad. I ordered the two burrito meal and a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. My girlfriend was the one to pick it up and she didn’t check the bag until she got with me. In which I made her turn around and take it back. We got 4 bagel meals instead. A steak and egg bagel, a bacon egg and cheese and a sausage egg a cheese. It feels like they just threw stuff in the bag. Then we proceeded to take it back for a refund and got stared at for about 2 minutes before somebody actually walked up to us. I told them what was wrong and he just took the bag and walked away. Then another man walked up and just stared at us, I told him that the other man had already took the bag and I’d just like a refund. He gave me a clipped nod and walked off outside. Read moreAfter waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, i finally got to the second window to get my food. the fries were soggy and undercooked. i didn't really care because i was just hungry at this point. i asked the employee for two bbq sauces to find that you have to pay for sauce which i thought is absolutely insane since they already jacked their prices up on the menu. i asked for a manager to speak with about how long i waited and i just wanted two bbq sauces and be on my way. Tina ensured me there’s nothing she can do about it since they’re understaffed (which is my problem?) and i will just have to pay for the sauce. i would think a good store manager would take the initiative to provide a good experience with a customer by offering free sauce for their extra long wait. i went ahead and got the sauce and drove away when i realized i didn’t get straws or napkins in the bag… shocker. i went to take a sip of my coke and realized that the drink was flat. moral of the story, you have to pay high prices and wait 20 minutes for cold soggy food, flat soda, poor customer service and hospitality, and i assume if you have to pay for sauce you’ll probably have to pay for straws and napkins since they don’t just put them in the bag. i will indefinitely take my business elsewhere from mcdonald’s in poquoson....

My wife and I went in for 2 ice cream cones. We immediately noticed half a dozen people all milling around the counter. We asked who was last so we could get in line, but all had already ordered and were waiting for their orders. So we waited at the counter for well over 3 minutes before someone took our order. We then got in the queue and waited our turn. Twice more we were asked to place our order over the next 5 minutes, but neither worker got our cones... We were finally served our cones, but two folks who had placed their order prior to our arrival still had not received their orders.
