I had the most refreshing and delightful experience at Tropical Smoothie! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that instantly put me in a good mood. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cashier even remembered me coming in earlier that week and suggested to download the App. Which she helped with... awesome service.

But the real star of the show was the smoothies. Oh, my goodness, they were absolutely fantastic! I tried their Sunrise Sunset smoothie, and it was like a tropical paradise in a cup. The flavors were so well-balanced, and you could tell that only the freshest ingredients were used. It was the perfect blend of creamy and fruity, leaving me craving for more. I don't know the young man's name yet, but he makes one hell of a smoothie.

The staff was not only knowledgeable about their menu, but also genuinely passionate about helping customers make the best choices. They took the time to explain the different ingredients and recommend options based on my taste preferences – a level of service that truly exceeded my expectations.

I left Tropical Smoothie feeling rejuvenated, energized, and with a big smile on my face. It's clear that they care about providing a top-notch experience for their customers. This location at Jefferson Common is definitely my family & I favorite Tropical Smoothie to visit because they make the best Beach Bum in the city. However today was a bad experience because we ordered sandwiches with our meal as we alway's do but the cashier Jaquan (manager) made us flatbread wraps instead. We didn't notice this until we got home which isn't far from the shop so we came back. One young lady came out & we let her know that our order was made wrong she said no problem we'll make it correctly & we said Thank You. Next thing Jaquan (manager) came out & accused us of ordering flatbread & made a big embarrassing deal about it. After arguing he offered a refund w/ the re-made food, we declined the refund & said we just want the food we originally ordered. We told him that we didn't order flatbread wraps because like anybody else we're not going to order something we never ever eat & we let Jaquan know that everytime we come to that location he is always disrespectful not only with us but other patrons as well. Mind you we've been patrons at this location well before covid when the owners worked there daily & never had a problem until Jaquan started working there!! We have witnessed his disrespectful behavior most times he's on duty. He has a very sassy mouth & he's even disrespected elderly women for no reason that have been in line ahead us, he is bad for business in...

Most of my visits here have been decent but this is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue. I stopped coming here for a while because despite placing a mobile order through the app ahead of time, I always had to wait when I got there. Couldn’t risk being late trying to grab breakfast on my way to work.

I had some extra time today so I placed my order and showed up 10 minutes later. There was a line, it hadn’t been started, no big deal I expected it. But I waited there 15 minutes, now a total of 25 minutes since I placed the order, and they handed out everyone’s order who had been in line before mine. I finally got mine, and the side of Jalapeño corn (that I paid extra for over chips), was ice cold. Literally ice crystals were still in it.

I brought it back and asked if I could swap it for a cookie or something because I was now running late and didn’t have time to wait for them to make another one. I was told no, that I could have chips, but the chips are free with an entree and I had paid more to not have those. He wound up refunding me telling me to calm down even though I never raised my voice or anything. I just said it didn’t make sense for me to pay extra for a free side. Never got my side and I was late now so I didn’t have time to argue.

Just disappointed overall and I’ll be making the commute to the mall location...
