I thoroughly enjoy this park for multiple reasons. First, it's very accessible for anyone to get to whether you are wheelchair bound or not. There's plenty of parking, so there's never a need to worry about where you can park. There's a soft gravely trail that you can either walk or run on, and it's just about a 400 meters around give or take. You can take your pet on a walk here as long as they remain on a leash and you pick up after them. The pond on the inside of the track is nothing too flashy but it's still a welcomed sight because you may just catch a few ducks and turtles moving around. Everyone who visits the trail is super friendly and may greet you while you walk the trail. You never have to worry if you decide to walk/run alone here because you are just visible to be seen by people but never enough where you feel like you're being watched. It's also within walking/run distance to the a shopping mall and restaurant in the area. This trail rarely has trash or debris so there's a low chance of seeing anything like that on the ground. The only small downside is there's no restroom, so use the restroom...
Read moreAlways a nice trip to the park. The trail is wonderful for just strolling, hiking, jogging, hiking, or biking. They recently (Aug 2019) put in a new restroom next to the playground near the "Old Stable Road." It's hard to believe a facility this nice was put in a park. There are some issues though, the soap dispensers next to to sinks were empty in both the restrooms. However. The men's room had an additional soap dispenser installed up high on the mirror. To use it, your wet hands soak the sink, the counter, and the mirror to reach the dispenser as it is instalked a solid 5-feet up on the mirror, way too high for any child from the...

Part shade, part sun. Saw a groundhog scurry from the top of the hill. The park is across from apartment complex, also next to Habitat for Humanity (where you can park temporarily). Yes, it's close to hwy, but it's green...
