Craving wings so I decided to go for the first time. Walked in, i was the only customer there. The cashier was leaning on the register & the other guy was literally blowing his nose & digging. I told the cashier, I hope he’s going to wash his hands. The guy throws the tissue in the trash & goes to touch on I suppose a call in order. I then said you need to go wash your hands, he looks back at me & rolls his eyes & continue to touch the food. This immediately made me sick to my stomach. The cashier was trying to take my order. I said oh no y’all nasty as hell in here & left. Eat here at your own risk! This was my very first time here. I will not make this up& why when I’m trying to spend money. I called about getting a Rice bowl. The guy who answered could barely speak English, I didn't mind that however, he became so upset with me trying to tell him what I wanted, he told me to call back when I figured out what I wanted. He said that I was holding up the line and hung up. I let it go and decided not to order from them. Today I had some guest over who wanted to order from them, so I called. When I called they kept hanging up on me, so I called from another number and told them I think something is wrong with their phone, he then tells me don't call here, we can't serve you, you make problem. My expectations weren't to high, since I was using door Dash I expected my order to be wrong, cold and just enough to get me past my hunger pains until I could get home. What I received was the complete opposite. My food was still pipping hot I had to let it cool just a bit before eating. I recieved all flats just as I had specified and the sauce had me liking my fingers. They didnt forget my extra dressing I had requested either. The Sweet Iced Tea was on point as well as you could tell it was homemade. My Door Dash deliver was on point as well. I wish the one in VA Beach used Door Dash as well.
