We went to the drive through window & the drive through manager brought her issues to work on 10 -13-18 she was so unprofessional rude to me & my spouse , my husband ask her for hot sauce & before he could ask her for anything else she slam the drive through window in our face , she was so rude til we had to eat our macaroni with our fingers to keep the peace , no plastic wear was in the bag to finish our meal it's was a very large lady manager I didn't get her name but no faces , I hope that this behaviour get look @ because we never cause this choatic behavior & we drove out our way to eat over there ,the chicken is delicious & biscuit melt in your mouth I hope the owner is reading her report ,we been away from there about 45 minutes , I don't want my food being throw around while I sitting at the drive through window looking , you want the truth you got the right one to rate these business that mistreat costumers food are the customer this was a very horrible trip today from her...

I visited the Port Arthur location on May 31, 2025. I was acknowledged and felt welcomed the minute I walked through the door. Manager/Shift lead Tim assisted me with placing my order. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and handled the food service/preparation with uttermost professionalism. My order was fresh, hot, and very delicious. I will certainly be visiting this location again. I commend Tim and his associates on an outstanding job. They worked together as a team to push the food orders out in a quickly and timely manner. Tim is certainly a great asset to your company. He ranks A-1 in customer service assistance. He truly went above and beyond to exceed my expectations.
