Starbucks — Restaurant in Port Arthur

One of the female employees that works in this particular Star bucks location was doing something on the iPad after I walked up to the counter to place an order. I stood there for 5 minutes with money in my hand ready to place my order and waited for the lady to finish doing whatever she was doing on the iPad to take my order. I had to repeat the order 3 times after I had already given her the order once she asked me what she could do for me. From a business standpoint this is unprofessional to make a customer wait for any reason and also not going to help with the wait when it comes to other customers waiting to place orders. Walked up to the counter 15 minutes before they closed. Asked if they were still open and before she would answer me she had to look at her phone. Asked us what we want, I bring out my phone to show her previous order she's sighed very loudly and rudely then walked away with a major attitude. Drive thru service was fine without a long wait, the latte was standard. What was shocking was how dirty and trash filled the grounds were.
