Party Express — Restaurant in Port Huron

Over the years, I've had a lot of really bad experiences with this place, but I've also had some really good ones. Honestly, the good ones.. overall.. outnumber the bad ones.. but the bad ones are so much worse, they're still overpowering.

Since they're open so late, I've often chosen to overlook, what was not only a poor experience in general, but poor service. And in all fairness, some of the employees there have been great. The drivers? Always nice. There's also a woman named Fran who used to answer the phone who was fantastic.

However, I've had enough. More than once, they've understandably made a mistake and delivered incorrect orders. We're all human. It's not a big deal. But when you contact them back and they don't want to replace the food because now it's too late at night, they want to give you a credit with them for food in the future, that's unacceptable. Furthermore, if they run out of something? Also, not a big deal. But the fact they're completely unwilling to simply charge you more to make something work for you and replace an ingredient? That doesn't even make sense from a business standpoint.

Who.. cares so little about making money as a business.. that they refuse to give you something alternative and simply charge you more at your request? Someone who doesn't need to be in...

Great food by far the best chicken tenders in the city!!! For that props to you party express I use to be an avid customer ordered from here all the time. I’m looking through there menu for me my wife and child and we decide we want chicken tenders I’m a big guy so a 7 peice suits me but at 25$ for a tender meal there is no way I can justify that price ontop of my kid and my wife’s meal I’m looking at 50$ for 3 people I’m sorry party express but I will look someplace else for chicken now your prices use to be competitive now your just ridiculous nobody in that town makes more than 20$/hr how do you expect people to stay loyal.maybe have a special where one day a week you have cheap chicken. I get diffrent prices depending who answers I would love to buy from you guys but your just to expensive now and for that it sucks!! Party Express routinely fails to meet even the most basic of expectations. Expect to wait on the phone, on hold, for 5 minutes at a time. If you order delivery than don’t expect your pizza in under 2 hours.

Today I called and ordered a pizza at midnight and was given a “70 minute delivery window”. At 2 AM I called to follow up on the order and was informed it hadn’t even been made as their printer had crashed. Rather than call back on the number provided to them however they just didn’t make the food. When they asked if I still wanted it made, I inquired if they would be able to deliver before close of business. They legitimately told me, after failing to deliver once already, that they could not guarantee delivery before the store closed.

This place is absolute trash. Please do not reward this type of subpar service with your hard...
