Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Port Huron

If I could give zero stars I would!! Let's begin with the fact that I purchased 2x extra banana for a total of 80 cents extra and somehow still got less than half a banana!!! Beyond that I was inside the establishment for no longer than 15 minutes and the following is what transpired. 4 doordashers turned away because they already confirmed the order and couldn't confirm it again. One banana split sent out missing guess what? The banana.... (SIDE NOTE This establishment must have a hard on for not using bananas). One person who waited 10 mins only to find out the cashier never rang them up for their child's ice cream. 3 separate old lady's given incorrect items. And to top it all off when you go to leave the front door sticks so hard I had to kick it.. all in all avoid at all costs unless you wish to watch helpless people make ice cream..........will most likely return to...

Went to Dairy Queen on Military and Court Street today in Port Huron. They were extremely busy with only two workers today. 1 cook and 1 ice cream maker. Poor girl on register was so busy and the ice cream machine ran out on her. She did everything as fast as she could to try to get things up and running while the line was increasingly getting bigger. The poor gal held her composure thou I could see she was getting anxious. I would have fell into tears thou she did extremely well trying to get things up and running. I give her a big five o for a great job done. After my husband and I got done with our meal I waiting patiently to see her again and directly handed her a $5.00 tip and told her job well done under pressure. The smile on her face said it all....

At 1130 only one employee is working and she cannot handle the register, cooking, and making shakes, malts, cones by herself at the lunch hour. It is unfair for the employee and customers who were waiting to order, receive their food, and to get refills or address issues with their food.

Our food on 4/26/18 arrived without our malts after about 12 - 14 minutes. We were told she would be right vack with the malts, but I doubted that with the 6 other people waiting to order. We went to the counter twice to see about our malts, but they were not made yet. 30 minutes later our SHAKES came (no malt) after we were done eating. Not acceptable and no apology offered.
