Ted's Coney Island — Restaurant in Port Huron

Ripped off by the staff at Ted's again. This is not the first time we have been charged for food we did not get, and then told we didn't order it. Of course they didn't include a receipt in my box. Absolute last time we will ever order from Ted's Coney Island. After 20 plus years of our business, at $50+ dollars an order, a smart business man would have just given me my club sandwich. The food quality has diminished in the last couple of years anyway, so no big loss for us. Someone should seriously look into this little food scam though. Shameful.Update 11-11-2021 The service at Ted's has not improved. As a matter of fact, I recently caught on to the drive thru game. Your order will be staged by the window as the employee passes you the credit card reader, specifically so you can answer the tip or no tip question. When I tip (which I dont do at any other drive thru window) I get condiments and plastic ware. No tip, no ketchup or spork. And they outright push for the tip. Its happened three times in a row. I tip based on the performance of my server, not because its expected. KFC, no tip, Burger King, no tip. If Ted's employees want tips they shouldn't try to mimic fast food. I'm not tipping at a drivethru to get ketchup....UPDATE 3-11-25. Reluctantly agreed to try Ted's again. Mistake. Ted's famous with sausage inside was TASTELESS AND BLAND. My side of sausage gravy had a DRIBBLE OF GRAVY AND ROCK HARD BISCUITS. Such a disappointing meal. I miss the old Ted's with fresh, well prepared food. Whoever took over ruined...

Well, I will say this. I'm a Leo's Coney Island Fan.. (cuz I'm from Livingston county and there's lots of them.) Ted's is absolutely similar as well. first time here at this establishment. I've been by here MANY times already and the place is very busy.. GOOD INDICATOR of having all around Good service, and food.. HENCE MY visit today and I have seen the local P.H.F.D Truck's here and we all know they love good food...LOL 😆.. So, my Over ALL take on TODAY'S morning visit to eat before going to Work myself... ABSOLUTELY GREAT WAITRESS--(CARLEY) GREAT ATTITUDES, FOOD was COOKED HOW I WANTED IT.. NOT SUPER BUSY -BUT was definitely starting to PICK UP!!.. hey.. DON'T FORGET TO TIP YOUR WAITRESS GOOD NEXT TIME YOUR HERE.. THANK YOU CARLEY for being my waitress.. Everything was Great, and TED'S is doing what they should be doing and better... KUDOS for this place not being to far from me to drive to...lol.. till next time... I highly recommend you try it here if you haven't...

My boyfriend was born in Port Huron . We now live in Florida . Every time we visit the area , he has to get his Coneys. I personally am not a fan but I indulge because its better sharing in his excitement.

We came from Canada yesterday and stopped at Mama Vickies Coneys and got there at 7:04 to find they had just closed.

Called our friend and they said to go to Teds. Wow liked the atmosphere 110 % better. Service was very good and fast . Even though just two of us we bought the family special ( buy a dozen and get either two coneys or two fries free).

We chose the coneys . The waitress accomodated us buy just giving us a few to eat and then when we were ready to leave, she had the rest packaged up . We freeze them. Fries were excellent. Added our picture after our drive to Banner Elk ,NC , our leftovers . Definitely would come to...
