If I could negative starts I would. It was my 8 year olds first time to cold stone, as she got a giftcard for Christmas. First we walked in. No one in the place, waited around about 5 minutes and some girl popped her head out of the back, telling me that she is "just waiting for the ice cream to fall" ok. No problem. About 10 MORE minutes goes by and she finally comes out the back room and asked up what we wanted. My daughter asked for a Sample of cotton candy and a sample of birthday cake, to which the girl replied "I can only do one"
Ok... I thought to myself if we didn't have a gift card I would of walk out right then and there, and especially after you made us wait for so long. But since we already there and had the gift card I let it go. My daughter then asked for a love it size with one scoop vanilla and one scoop chocolate. The girl then stated she can't do that and mix them. Ummm.. isn't that what coldstone is about? So my daughter settled on chocolate ice cream with crunch bar, Twix and gummy bears. Then we we went to pay she acted so disgusted that we were using a gift card. She literally threw it back at me. Didn't offer a recipe, I had to take it from the printer myself. You would think for over $10 for this one ice cream you should be allowed to mix it, have as many samples as you want, and be greeted with a smile and not as if you are bothering someone. I tell you, I will not return once this gift card is used. The place looks like it need a good cleaning and dusting major inside. Save yourself alot of money and just go buy ice cream out of the grocery store. Because this...
Read moreThis was my first ice cream experience eating at Cold Stone Creamery! I went with a friend. We were greeted by a nice, friendly employee. The atmosphere was nice, but just enough space to place your order! My friend had the small coffee and I decided on the medium vanilla signature received it promptly and we went outside to enjoy our purchase. After my first bite from the cup, I wasn't tasting the love that goes into making this ice cream that promises love in every bite. I wasn't feeling the love as I continued eating. The small scoop was soon gone. My friend who had visited before was feeling the love in every bite. What was the problem I asked "myself." My friend loved the cup of ice cream and I found it to be nothing special, just a cup of ice cream. Then I figured it out! I didn't enjoy this small portion of ice cream and my friend loved it! Maybe it was because I'm not used to paying over $15.00 for two cups of ice cream with tip. Just not feeling the love for Cold Stone Creamery at this price! Not for people...
Read moreSome of the absolute best ice cream ive ever laid tongue on- but BETTER than that- the staff was absolutely impressionable. Upon arrival i was met with a kind, HANDSOME, young man named Mondo who truly made me feel like the human species had upscaled since the last time ive stepped out the house. I mean seriously, I might start stopping by after work just to catch up with the guy. I’ve never felt such a connect through creamery but call me the Coldstone choir and crack my cranium on concrete and put me in critical condition cause you CANNOT keep me away! Truthfully, i could not be more satisfied with the outcome of the delectables themself and then the milky mastermind head of the creamery making Mondo managing material makes for a memorable MAJESTIC experience!! Will be back, will return with hopefully more words to say! Also so well manicured, put together young lad. I would trust him to fold the M&M’s into my ice cream in the dark on a rock with a half melted ice cube under it. Recommended to anyone...
