I came in and there was no line and I watched this man with glasses take my order for one strawberry milk tea and start it and then proceed to take 3 more orders after he started making mine, because other people came in. Imagine letting it sit there while I wait and when I told him it was taking way too long, and that he could just reverse my order, he refused. He was the absolute worst.
