Sleep Number — Hotel in Port Orange

Two stars for the staff being friendly and the store itself is nice, but product wise and post support (not handled by the store) the quality isnt what it use to be. The bed from 20 plus years ago still working the same as ever. The newer bed has been an ongoing investment. Continued separation of the split king, in terms of 6 plus inches. Wasn't long after buying so they sent new covers. (Magnets attach strongly but the cover doesnt hold tightly. Purchased a product to keep them together which luckily has been helping Then the bed was not staying inflated, this time it was an additional cost to buy a new air chamber and then install it myself. I can only imagine the other side will probably go next where as the one from 20 years ago now at a relatives is still the same from when it was first purchased. Customer service number provided was called and they are unwilling to do anything at all. Customer service is terrible. The bed is less than 2 months old and causing actual medical problems and the company doesn’t stand behind their warranty. They want to charge you money every time a technician comes out even though the bed is a complete lemon. You can clearly see why they have been sued so many times.

I cannot warn you strongly enough, the quality of sleep number beds has been severely lowered in the last 15 years. I am a long time sleep number customer. I should have been treated far better. Save your money! I literally paid $8,000 to now sleep on the couch that is more...

Do not order a bed from sleep number under any circumstances. I am a long time sleep number customer of almost 15 years and the quality of the bed has gone downhill completely. You can literally get just as comfortable of a mattress in the camping section at Walmart. Customer service is also awful as they don’t care that the bed doesn’t do what they claim it does. I spent $8,000 on a bed I will have to leave on the curb because it’s causing actual medical bills (that I guess I will have to take up in court with Sleep Number).
