Worst Dunkin around. First start by the set up of drive thru, and then lets talk about the 5 minute wait time behind 2 cars for a cup of coffee. This store was very understaffed and you could hear constant arguing back and forth between the employees and manager. This store is ran so poorly its hard to believe any of the management staff has ANY EXPERIENCE at all. I had such a horrible experience at this dunkin, my drink was made wrong THREE times with the "store manager" on duty. I asked to speak with her after the third time of my coffee being wrong and have never had such a rude encounter with a management staff member before. Her name tag read "Roxanne" (should have been red flag number 1) and she proceeded to tell me that she is the one who made my coffee according to how I ordered it. I order my coffee the same way everytime, hot with cream only...3 times I got it back tasting different, first time it had sugar, second time it was black, and third time it was ice coffee with cream and sugar....I asked her what is so hard about a hot coffee with cream only, she insisted that I ordered it with cream and sugar I said then how did I get it three different ways and none of which was how I ordered it or how you just "claimed" I ordered it. I asked for my money back, she refused, I said I'd never come back and she said "good!" And walked away!! I have no idea if this is how other stores are ran in this franchise but this is completely unacceptable. I asked for my receipt so I could call corporate and leave this review there, but she claimed she had "thrown it away and wasnt going to dig through the garbage." Is this the management training that is conducted at DD? I have never had a bad experience like this and will drive the extra distance to ridge and little where my simple HOT COFFEE WITH CREAM ONLY is made right every time. Tried this one because its on my way to work, but I'll NEVER come back. Not until that "manager" is gone. I'm sure she's not the store manager, but clearly just filling in for someone because she has no customer service skills at all. And she had some kind of cold sore on her lip too that was very distracting. She should care more about her job and personal appearance then she did about arguing with me, in front of other customers. Read moreThe wait time is super long for the drive thru I left my house for work an extra 20 minutes, I only live 3 minutes away so I thought I'd have enough time to just drive there grab my coffee and go to work with plenty of time, but unfortunately there was only one car in front of me and it still took them about ten minutes to get to me not to mention them actually making the coffee, good grief, all I get is a iced French vanilla latte that's it nothing extra nothing added, not only did they make it wrong but I didn't have enough time left for them to remake it because it took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru!!!! The one in Hudson and the one on 54 and the one in new port richey all get it right the first time and they also only take about 7 minutes from screen to window to get my coffee. I know the store is new but damn, that's rediculous. I'm going to go back maybe when I have more time only for convenience if I want coffee throughout the day but I'll never go there if I'm in a rush! I'd rather drive a little bit out of my way! Oh and not to mention the rediculous parking lot! Read moreAfter several attempts of coming to this location, in hopes of a better outcome each time, I no longer will be stopping by this Dunkin. It's closest to work and most convenient but I would like to actually be able to enjoy my coffee. Every time I go here I order the same 2 beverages, I ask for them the same way every time, yet every time they don't listen and put too much of the flavoring or no flavoring at all. I ask for ONE pump of the syrup (pumpkin now! depends what flavors they have) and either Oatmilk or Almond milk if they're out of Oatmilk. On multiple occasions now they have either put no flavoring, way more than one pump of flavoring, or only 1 shot of the milk choice. I end up taking a few sips then throwing it out due to being bitter because of the lack of milk requested or being too sweet because they put too much syrup when I only requested ONE pump. Today not only was my coffee wrong, but I also ordered a sandwich and a pumpkin muffin. I had to rip the edges off the egg on the sandwich and throw away because they were so hard., and the pumpkin muffin had no icing on the top. I worked at a Dunkin for 5 years and know this is not how items should be served to customers. Disappointed is an understatement.
