I went into the restaurant at 1:45 PM on a Saturday. There were no customers inside in-line or seated eating. There were no cars in the drive-thru. The girl who was taking orders at the drive-through window (if there were any cars waiting) was wandering around the food prep area and I waited for several minutes before she came to the counter, looked me in the eye and told me to order at the computer kiosk. I'm 70 years old and choose to order via a person and told her so. She said she couldn't take my order at the counter because apparently the cash registers were turned off. She was standing within 8 feet of the cash register serving the window and I said, "I don't like to use the computer screens - I prefer to order from a person." She said she couldn't do that and I said, "If you can't take my order then I'm going to have to leave." She was smiling as I walked out the door. I went down the street a block, went into McDonalds, went to the cash register and was immediately helped by a smiling young man as he took my order which was served promptly and enjoyed in the air conditioning. Apparently this TACO BELL is doing so well they can send people away OR they have the worst service I have ever seen on God's...
Read moreThe service is really crummy. We were immediately directed to the kisok I placed an order through the kisok originally, modified it to my family's liking and a purple menu screen popped up saying something to the effect of "configuring menu.... updating pricing" and my entire order for 6 people was erased. When I went to the counter to have someone trained in taking food orders through the system, since the kisok wasn't working, after explaining that the kisok deleted my order I was then mocked by the woman working the drive through to other patrons in the store. She stated to me "I have orders in my ear, use the kisok" and I said "I did and it deleted my order" she replied "It worked for them, use the kisok." By "them" she was referring to my family members who ordered their food. Obviously if the kisok worked my order would have been pushed through to the kitchen. Plain and simple the...
Read moreI had the worst service I’ve ever had at a food establishment here. I ordered in the drive thru and when I received my order, the entire order was incorrect. No biggie, it happens. However, when I told the lady at the window that the order was wrong, she argued with me and told me that she entered exactly what I ordered and read the order back to me. She had scrambled the order and yes, it was all incorrect. When I said, “that’s not what we ordered” a second time, she continued to argue with me. Never attempted to just fix it and make it right. So we went home with a bag of food that we didn’t eat because it wasn’t what we wanted. Did not get any money back. And the lady at the window argued with us about it the whole time. I will never eat at this Taco Bell again and I also tell everyone I know to never eat at...
