Fuss — Local services in Port Saint Joe

Fuss customer service was one of the best I’ve experienced! I loved the store! As soon as I walked in I saw an abundance of beautiful clothes surrounding a long table of jewelry. The store was very clean, and I felt safe shopping. It wasn’t crowded and you were required to wear a mask to shop. I tried on several outfits. And the woman working brought me a shirt I hadn’t picked out but I ended up buying it bc I loved it! I also bought several rings. One had elastic in the band. I wore the elastic band ring the very next day. Unfortunately, the elastic broke. To my surprise, I checked my email at the same time and saw a very nice email from one of the owners just thanking me for my business - what a nice personal touch! I replied to the email and explained, with pictures, what happened to my ring. I didn’t ask for anything - just wanted to let them know. They replied with “So sorry about the defective ring. We just refunded you in full for that item and you should receive a confirmation shortly. Thank you for shopping with us and enjoy the rest of your finds!” I WOULD DEFINITELY SHOP...

I have shopped at Fuss since they opened, but never for myself. I have made beautiful purchases for my daughter, daughter-in-law, and granddaughters. I felt like the clothes were fabulous, but much too young for me(74). Last week my husband gave me a gift certificate for my birthday. I went to shop thinking I would get something for a family member. However, Casey, was such an incredible sales person and put things together for me that felt classy and age appropriate. She made me feel so good and I am anxious to go back to Fuss again and again! There was an issue with the gift card that I had been given. Actually, I was given more than the purchase value. The owner of the shop not only straightened it out, but was unbelievably generous and kind to me. What a wonderful store, what a terrific group of personnel, what a fun...

Five stars. Absolutely! I was so impressed with the customer service at Fuss. It's better than anything I've ever experienced, aside from the process of buying a suit, perhaps. They let us browse for a couple of minutes, then when we were ready to start asking questions the service kicked in! They were so attentive and friendly we ended up staying there for over an hour! The typical shopping experience from a man's point of view is very boring and uncomfortable, but at Fuss it was fun and I was having a great time. It was a full experience, rather than just a transaction. I highly recommend anyone looking for fashionable clothing in Port St Joe to visit Fuss. Oh, and it smelled great...
