Iāve now had two back to back poor experiences here. Today, my husband picked up a drink for me as Iām pregnant and havenāt been doing too well so he wanted to cheer me up. He came back after driving over 30+ minutes one way and I was given a small soda straw instead of a boba straw. I called and the woman was kind of rude and didnāt understand what a soda straw was and told me my drink mustāve not had boba if I didnāt have a black straw. I proceeded to explain I have both popping and tapioca boba as she argued that her coworkers put the correct straw. She told me to come back for a straw and I explained I canāt as I canāt drive at this point in my pregnancy and my husband had to go back to work, he was just surprising me. She said thereās nothing more she can do after again trying to tell me about how my drink must not have boba and they know how to put the correct straw. I donāt think thereās a reason to argue when youāre in the wrong. After another poor experience I wonāt be coming back. Quite frustrating. Attached is a picture of the incorrect straw I supposedly didnāt receive even though itās clearly too small...

This was my first and last time giving them my business. If I could rate 0 or even negative stars I would. 24 hour update, my friends and I all got sick and had the same symptoms. It lasted over 24 hours after drinking the Taro. There is no way it could be a coincidence since another friend didn't get Taro and didn't get sick. The Taro was the only common denominator. If you want to get sick for 24+ hours I highly recommend drinking Agape's...
