Hunan Garden Chinese Restaurant (Take-out ONLY) — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

The best Chinese Restaurant in Port St Lucie hands down. We’ve been coming at this restaurant for 15 years and not once did we ever get disappointed.

I understand that sometimes the person that answers the phone may seem like they’re hurrying you up, please be understanding of them because of how super busy they can get and being the only best Chinese place in PSL.

Also their pricing is decent and you get a lot of food. All of their food are made fresh by order so it’s not sitting back there like other restaurants that are just heated up.

I have friends from different places that literally drive up to this Hunan Garden because the Chinese restaurants near them is not as good as this one.

Try their Chicken Wings~the best ever! You’re not gonna be able to stop once you take one bite. And finally try their Special House LoMein if you’re not allergic to shrimp...the veggies are fresh and crunchy and there’s so much meat and shrimp in it. The noodles are definitely cooked properly.

So these are just some of the foods I love from this place. I used to live in West Palm Beach and we would drive up to PSL just to get Hunan Garden and visit some of our friends. So if people travels far just have their food, it’s either it’s f-ing delicious or there’s crack in it (LOL)

My overall experience with Hunan Restaurant as a Doordash delivery driver was subpar. The order preparation was often inaccurate and not ready on time. The restaurant staff's lack of respect and professionalism during pickups made me feel belittled and undervalued.

While at Hunan Restaurant, the environment was unwelcoming and I experienced discomfort. There were instances where I felt disrespected and not treated in accordance with standard professional conduct.

I’ve ordered from Hunan a several times before over the last few years and I’ve been happy with the food, but I ordered take out tonight and I was sadly disappointed. I ordered Pork Egg Foo Young and while there were three generous patties, it was extraordinarily bland. It was as of no seasoning was added at all, not even salt. I paid an up charge for pork fried rice along with it rather than white rice, but it was the palest, saddest looking fried rice I’ve ever seen. Fried rice out of a $1 Knott package looks and tastes better. The rice was a very pale yellow color and while it did have tiny bits of pork here and there, there were no vegetables ( onion, pea, etc…) that usually come in fried rice. There were 4 almost microscopic pieces of egg, but that’s it- no color, no texture, no flavor. Again, no seasoning and it couldn’t have had any soy sauce either. No flavor whatsoever. Tonight was a total disappointment, sadly. I can’t believe that I was up charged for the rice- it was definitely not worth it. Barely better than plain white rice. Too bad it seems like the food has gone downhill...
