This facility doesn’t even deserve the one star they got. All I have to say is RUN far away from this place all they care about is money! The event planner Jema that was assigned to my mom’s event is very rude and unorganized. My moms wedding was all screwed up from the second Dee left and Jema took over her event. They give you business cards from people they say are preapproved vendors just to change everything at the last minute. It was 6 days before my mom’s wedding and we still didn’t know if the event planner Amber from Ecp event planning was going to be able to come in and decorate the event because at the last minute she had to be approved all over again. All they do is give you the run around and never call you back when you have concerns and questions, I had to show up unannounced just so I could speak to someone about what ever I needed to have answered.
