Purchased 4 smoothies and 2 wraps. For some forsaken reason, the new employees in the back who apparently aren't being watched decided to make the DRIEST wraps. Thai chicken wraps should never be dry.. it makes it very bland. I called the store, the girl upfront sounded new also. Told me to bring the wraps back and they will remake them. I told her this is our lunch break, we don't have that kind of time. Can I get a credit? I can sent pictures for proof. Nope.. I needed to bring them in. She was passing the information back and forth to her manager. She told me the employees in the back are new, then why is no one watching them and directing them? So I asked is someone telling you what to say? She said yes, I said can I just speak to them directly then? I spoke to the manager. She said she isn't the owner and must have the wraps to take pics of them to show proof of whatever she mumbled to me. She said then you can take them back and laughed. I told her I wasn't coming back today, the wraps will just sit there until tomorrow and dry up, she said thats fine. That is not how customers should be treated. I would have gladly sent her images of the wraps themselves, same thing she would have done and save us this headache and wasted gas. A store credit would have been so much easier. Leave our name on it and we could get it tomorrow, but no. Unacceptable and poor quality food.. poor...
Read moreNo one had name tags so I don’t know her name, but the lady with the short hair, Batman mask, and tattoo behind her ear who calls everyone “momma” so soooooo rude when she ringing in my order she actually yelled at me and frustrated because I couldn’t hear what she said so she had to repeat herself. Turns out she was asking me a question I’ve never gotten asked before when ordered, sorry girl . There’s masks and plexiglass don’t be mad for not understanding. She proceeded to give attitude towards her coworkers and when these 2 customers walked in she said “I’m not taking care of them”. When I got my wrap I told them I said no tomatoes and she goes “you didn’t say anything about no tomatoes” and I said “yes I did in the beginning sorry if you didn’t hear me “ again me still being nice even though she is the rudest person I’ve seen in awhile. she started slamming stuff on the front counter. She threw something in the sink and something splashed all over my arm. Whatever happened to her that day I hope her day gets better. Maybe she doesn’t understand how she comes off to people. The cashier did not know what Beyond Meat was and corrected me by saying "fake chicken" on two occasions. Their pesto is old, oily and brown, it tasted like rotten walnuts. I returned to discuss this and was rudely told this "is the way it's supposed to be." The cashier argued with me about the issue and only quieted down when I told her I worked for Tropical Smoothie before and wanted to speak to a manager, who was absent. I was not offered a new one, an apology, kindness, a coupon or a refund, simply an argument. I left my phone number and did not hear a response for a week. I went back after work and left my email address. ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS - NOTHING. The employees present that day apologized for this girl's rude behavior and explained that she was always that way with customers. But they never intervened the day of the incident.
