This review is for Samantha and the rest of the staff who were working on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 8 PM. Someone mentioned that Burger King (BK) has good, inexpensive soft-serve ice cream, so I thought I'd give it a try. My friend and I go to Twistee Treat, Dairy Queen, or Culver's at least once a week for simple soft-serve cones, and it always costs $12–$15 or more for two. I'm new to Florida and had never been to this BK before. When I went online to place my order, I couldn't believe that two soft-serves (choice of cup or cone) came to $2.75 for both! So, I ordered a total of four soft-serve cups for $5.50. I placed my online pick-up order and headed inside to get it, as the drive-thru line was long. My first impression was that the store was very clean and organized. I was the only customer at the counter, and while waiting, I saw all the workers diligently preparing and taking drive-thru orders. I also observed how well they all worked calmly under pressure and as a team, communicating with each other efficiently. Even though the entire staff was extremely busy, I appreciated that Samantha took the time to acknowledge and greet me the moment she saw me, and politely said, "She would be with me in a moment." I had no problem waiting, as I saw they were all so busy, plus she took the time to acknowledge me, which was nice. Some places you'll go to will be busy, and the staff won't even acknowledge you standing at the counter. Once she got to my order, we chatted as she was putting mine together along with other orders. She was so pleasant to talk with. After having a hard few days, it was nice to come across someone like her to brighten my mood. She also mentioned that BK will be getting some new dessert soft-serve options and told me she's excited about the new items coming to the BK menu. I have been debating buying a Ninja CREAMI or Cuisinart soft-serve machine, but since BK offers tasty and very affordable soft-serve in cones or cups, I think I will hold off! I thought for the price, the BK ice cream would be a kiddie size, but it wasn't! I ordered four, but we could only eat one cup each. If I have a good experience somewhere, I always like to take the time to give positive feedback because it's more common for people to make complaints or leave negative feedback but don't take the time to provide positive experiences. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience! A big shout-out to all the employees working when I picked...
Read moreGot cut off early while ordering, I ordered four meals, got one small bag stuffed w my food, asked twice if everything was in the bag, because fast food places always forget sonething and it's not my job to check, they said yes that all my food was in there with an attitude, I get home ten minutes away, and they forgot a whole meal, and didn't sub onion rings for the one order I had. So I call, no answer, non working phone number. So I drive back, tell them what I'm missing nicely and they make it, but they didn't give me the fries for the meal only the onion rings for my other meal, so the kid goes to get my fries and a ride older lady starts saying I don't get fries, and I had to tell her she's wrong and she got nasty w me, didn't offer anything for my trouble, the 20 min extra drive I had to take, with my food home getting cold. She said I didn't call so she couldn't offer me anything, told her I did call, and asked for a managers number and they all told me NO. Most disrespectful treatment and customer service skills I've ever had. The food was sloppy and squished. I don't want to have food from this place ever again. Learn how to serve complete orders and to care and accommodate people when you inconvenience paying customers in anyway. It's not hard to...
Read moreI guess you really can't have it your way at this burger king 👑 mozzarella sticks, no onion rings, no milkshakes, all of these items or machines were out of order or not in stock. On a Friday night you'd think they'd be prepared to make money. Wouldn't substitute give us any deals considering a quarter of their menu was not available you'd think they'd offer us an extra fry. I even asked if we could get a plain patty for my dog at the window since we were not wanting drinks that we had to pay for as part of "meal deal" she couldn't discount that or throw an extra dog patty or extra fry. They need to take a course in customer service and how to run better inventory and make sure your store is ready for especially the weekend. Ok and why can I not get more than a 8 piece chicken nugget. This lady said I have to get the chicken fries if I want more than 8 pieces of chicken. It's actually comical that their slogan is "have it your way". Come on guys lol. You need to learm how to accommodate your customer when half your inventory is gone or half your machines are not running. How hard is it to throw a plain patty to my dog or an extra fry. Didnt get any sauces didn't even ask us because they were so annoyed by us. For looking at a menu...
