I've been coming to this pizza place since 2019 with my three households mom bros and aunt. We usually do delivery & I've dined in before . Over the phone at 7:42 i only ordered a 24 in cheese pizza and I was told to wait half an hour. I waited in the parking lot with the three children I get off at 8:12 pm they tell me it's no longer $21. It is $28. I still paid I asked, and I was given attitude by the pregnant employee . Then I said why is it an additional 12 minutes after I already paid I was not told prior to pay, she said you want a refund we do not need you. You can leave very rude. I asked for a manager over her. An elderly woman cook came out defensive, saying that she was offended, and I said in what manner I have not said anything offensive whatsoever, I clearly just asked why was I charge more and told to additionally wait after paying in a very harsh tone and mean from the employees tone . Said she was a cook that I was being very rude. I never said any disrespectful tone or argument I only practiced my right of asking why was I misinformed so many times by the pregnant girl with a very mean attitude . I did take my refund. My children ended up waiting over an hour in the parking lot with no pizza to consume and a very rude pregnant woman canceling our order and telling us that she doesn't need our business and the cook said This must be the first time that we went . Rest assured this won't stay like this. Goodnight and I hope the baby is healthy given mom is enraged with emotion overworked and needs some stress relief days off but not ok to be rude to clients for said relief needed . In the end no one heard me out and wouldn't even consider to communicate with me as I tried to with patiently holding my temper in consideration to all employees given I also am one and can understand the stress an end of day can load on oneself. Very disappointed and will call back for owner or manager or anyone whom may help prevent this reoccurring or at least give her days off to return refreshed and kind . Cook is good defending co workers but not at listening to both sides of story in the end . Help wanted sign is NO JOKE really needs...
Read moreMy family has been ordering from this establishment for over 10 years that is until last night 9/15/24 at around 6:00 pm not one but two of your employees made it, so I will not be ordering from you again. It started off with a Hispanic girl that answered the phone that could barely speak English or understand it either attempting to take my order. It was obvious she was being trained for the job, but does she really need to be trained to understand what I’m saying as well? I had to give her my phone number 3 times, told her what we wanted she says “OK thank you” and went to hang up before I said wait, I need to give you my credit card information! I gave her my credit card number 5 times and she still couldn’t get it right until I finally asked her to put the other girl on the phone that I could hear in the background because I could not understand and obviously she could not understand me! I had already been on the phone for 9 minutes with this girl. As she goes to get the other girl on the phone, I’m venting to my husband about the fact that I’ve been on the phone for almost 10 minutes when the other girl gets on the phone and says “Mam, just calm down” in a very nasty manner and I said to her “excuse me, did you just tell me to calm down?” and she would not acknowledge the question and just hangs up on me. I immediately called back. She put me on hold right away, and I know that they have caller ID so she knew it was me. I called back 5 more times for her to put me on hold again each time before I could say anything the final time she answers the phone it says “Anthony’s Pizza we’re really busy right now can you call back please and hangs up” just WOW!!!! I know the girls voice who hung up on me has been working there a long time because she’s always the one that answers the phone. After the final time, she hung up on me if I would have had my vehicle I would’ve went over there last night and it would not have been nice! You should really rethink your employees on their level of intelligence comprehension and respect because you just lost a long-term customer...
Read moreLet me say the food was okay. However, let me add that I did not receive any kind of exceptional greeting nor service to be tipping to walk up to the counter to place my simple $11 order and I was cool with that. I do not practice tipping from my card for obvious reasons.
I was told that the order would take 15 mins... no problem... about 10 mins in, I heard the male worker say to the female worker (only 2 of them there) "take the chicken up" (i guess from the fryer) the lady said okay (knew it was for my order as the other guest ordered a slice of pizza). Then I heard "no tip, they didn't leave any tip" and she walked to the back mumbling continuous reasons she thinks people won't leave a tip...
I know that I didn't tip, but I said maybe its not me whom they were disgruntled with...
However, it was myself and another man who had just walked inside the place of business....I then saw the male worker serve the man his slice of pizza etc... then proceeded to start cleaning the tables...by this time, it was about 3 mins since the "chicken came up" and the female worker walking away...
I then got up from where I was seated to see what was up... the male employee went around there to cut and box that sandwich that had been sitting there (assumably) all that time (3 mins).
Maybe it would be a better choice to complain about not receiving a tip after the customer or all your customers leaves.... you never know if someone would tip with cash post service (as usual). Even if it was not about me, it was not pleasant to hear and see such a reaction.
Remember that tipping is the customers' choice and it is generally...
