UPDATE:
The current Manager called me and apologized for the situation that happened a few years ago.
He alleged the employees responsible for my issue were not working there anymore, so there is only so much be could do. The fact he took the time to call me is a very positive sign.
It looks like the Corporate office runs a tight ship.
I wasn’t able to get full closure from the situation as he didn’t identify the Manager that caused the issue, but I do recognize it “wasn’t him” who caused the issue. It fell in his lap.
—————— I used to come here often, was a loyal customer, and always enjoyed chatting politely with the staff while they were making my pizza, as usually you’re just standing there.
One day, the manager actually sat down at my table while I was eating and told me there had been “complaints” about me talking to employees.
I asked: “What the complaint was? Who was the employee? When did it happen? “ - I told him there’s cameras everywhere so it would be easy to find out.
He refused to tell me who complained or what exactly the problem was, and wouldn’t let me clear the air directly.
I told him - call this employee out so they would come and he or she could make their case and I would listen. He refused.
Nevertheless, he didn’t mind coming to my table as i was about to eat, actually sitting on the table (unbelievable), and basically “singling me out”, while making a “big deal” out of absolutely nothing.
In my opinion, he was just grandstanding - at my expense, as my food got cold.
I always briefly talked to most of the employees, the pizza maker, the register person, the guy heating the pizza in the oven.
I never asked anyone out, never asked for a phone number, never said or did anything inappropriate — just small talk while they were making my food.
Instead of handling it with professionalism or transparency, the manager made me feel unwelcome in front of the staff at a place that used to be a favorite spot for me, and a place I was very loyal too
Ever since that day, I always felt uncomfortable there.
This kind of vague, unprofessional, insulting confrontation was unnecessary and disrespectful. If staff or management can’t treat loyal customers fairly, then I absolutely cannot recommend...
Read moreI dont normally leave reviews but with a problem on 2 consecutive orders, I felt I had to say something. Let me preface this review with the following statement: when the order received is correct, the food is AMAZING!
Now to discuss the problem. Do NOT order ahead via scheduled pickup time or a delivery. The issue occurs one your pizza is done. There is no follow-up on completed orders: allow me to elaborate on both.
The first order I am referring to was on last Friday night. I had ordered through the app and scheduled a curbside delivery time approximately1 hour later. I arrived a bit early and per the store directions, called to say I had arrived. Was told it would be a few minutes. 40 minutes, and an additional call later, I checked the app and saw my food was "Picked Up." I informed the person handling curbside and the register. she promptly got the manager. The manager promptly offered to remake the order at no charge but would tale about 30 minutes (A plus for trying to resolve the issue.) I agreed. While speaking with the manager, the person who delivers curbside looked through the many bags and miraculously found my "Picked Up" order; ice cold. After 2 1/2 hours I was finally able to leave with dinner for the family. As I earlier stated, when tje order is correct and fresh, the food is phenomenal!
Now to today's order. After ordering on Door Dash, delivery arrived approximately on time. KUDOS! Unfortunately, as the photo shows what was ordered was NOT what was received. What i do not understand is how a box with exactly what was ordered printed on the front could have a completely different item inside?
After these 2 experiences, it is obvious that once food is removed from the ovens, that order is basically now a burden. Boxing and ensuring the customer receives their correct order in a timely manner becomes an afterthought. It is unfortunate because I really enjoy the pizzas When i receive the one I order bit after these experiences, I am not sure whether I will continue...

Our neighbor invited us here tonight, we've never been.
Although the parking lot was full and there were several tables full of customers, we walked straight up to no line.
It gave us the opportunity for the girl behind the counter time to explain everything to us since it was our first visit, as well as answer any questions we had.
It was amazing how fast our pizza's came out and all cooked to perfection!
We each had something different and that's part of the beauty to this place.
Order "your" favorite dough/crust, "your" favorite sauce and "your" favorite toppings!
I am happy to say each of us were very happy with our own, "personally chosen" pizza's!
The taste was great, but those of us with pepperoni thought it had alittle spice to it, not terribly hot just alittle or perhaps it was the sauce? You do have your choice of sauces and one happens to be a spicy tomato but none of us ordered that so that's why we believe it might of been thier pepperoni?.
In any case we absolutely enjoyed our meals and had plenty to take home for a midnight snack or lunch tomorrow!
We all will be returning!
