Worse experience ever!!!!! Worse ice cream ever!!!! Me and my husband just left from there. I had an ice cream cone. The ice cream started melting almost immediately. As I was eating it, the ice cream was dripping on the floor, my pants and shoes. I ended up throwing it away. I used the bathroom to wash my hands because it was all over my hands. I told the owner about it and told her that signature sweets in downtown Stuart puts thier cones in a plastic container, it's in the shape of the cone and it has a rim so it catches the drips. I told her it ruined my pants and shoes. She said "well, it's hot outside". We weren't outside. I said I wouldn't be coming back and she said "I hope not". You should do better cool beans. I searched for a place where I could pick up something delicious to bring to a family that I was visiting. On their website, it states that they have daily fresh, gourmet, bakery goods however, I do not believe that. It does not appear that things are made daily there there’s not enough business happening for that. I spent $40 on 18 macaroons and they were placed in a cheap plastic container. They had no bags big enough to fit the container. Never mind the fact that they did not have branded packaging, there is not even a sticker on the container that says cool beanz on it. Definitely not feeling. Super happy about bringing these extremely expensive macaroons in a very cheap box with no label or anything on it to this family. I’ve been to this place multiple times. I have never once been greeted when I walk in. Usually 2-3 workers and they all look at me, don’t make you feel welcome at all. I’ve stood and waited to be served and someone else walks in a few minutes after me and gets greeted and served before me. Terrible customer service, all the workers don’t have any idea what good customer service is. New workers every month and they all have the brain the size of a peanut. Can’t even say hello or serve the customers in order and they could care less. No matter if the ice cream is good or bad, a business is nothing without good customer service.
