update: Ive gone here several dozen times since and they have improved the customer service a little bit. While they do still seem overworked, understaffed and stressed, the food quality seems a bit better however they still have given me someone elses order on more than 1 occasion. I dont know what's going on with the staff here but maybe they need to slow down, breathe, before dealing with the front counter and preparing peoples orders. It takes just a lil bit of courtesy and a smile is free guys. The cystoner service really needs to be worked on here at this place. I will drive to the one in st lucie west thats over 25 mins from me and eat it there before i come back to this location. Sad because since moving here from southern california..there ISNT any GOOD chinese food around here! So panda is the next best thing. Honestly i dont blame the workers, but i blame the establishment or the management team. They have to train their enployees better. Perhaps offer them better pay and maybe then you will get quality employees that actualmy enjoy their job and will then create great food for the public to enjoy. Just my 2 cents. ....
The food always tastes " OLD" ORANGE CHICKEN is always chewy and rubbery. The egg rolls are always way burnt and taste even worse. Staff always seems like they're stressed and my order has been confused with a different order 3x now lol but I still love panda. We waited for 15 minutes before the restaurant to eat here and then we 11:00 hit we walked in and were not greeted and then the so called manager Dez after making our food hassled us for Our military IDs for the veteran discount after my mom already showed her hers. Then she proceeded to say it’s only valid for my moms food when we were all together. Also I have a military ID as well but why is it necessary for me to show mine when it was already presented to them by my mom. I then proceeded and showed my id then Which was ridiculous then Dez the so called manager then told my mom she’s not serving her because of her attitude. As a manager you should conduct yourself in a certain manner and know how to handle situations. Gave this country 25 years of service and to be treated that way over a couple of bucks on a discount is ridiculous. Oh yea it’s get worse she then calls the police on us after screaming get out to me and my family. Worst restaurant experience ever.panda you have to do better with who runs your stores. After I Got My Food Not Only Was My Chow Mein Undercooked, But The Noodles Were Still Crunchy. An My Chicken Wasn't Fully Cooked As Well.
