My nice welcome to Florida was at this ghetto place where all my friends suggested it would be a great time, but only if there isn't a drunk thug of a regular with his girl who was just drunk and throws your pal to the ground "cause he was mad" as he stated and thought picking on someone half his size proved anything and saying crap to him. When I help hold the drunk customer back and tell him I was calling the cops and walked over to my phone, his girl tries to put me in a choke hold and tell me "not to touch her man" probably because they knew I was calling the cops and the bartender comes out and rips the girl off of me, calling her by her name and tells everyone to get out. My pal got sliced by glass and had to get stitches as the bartender insisted he was okay and just to hold direct pressure. Sorry lady, I'm an EMT, I think I know better. The bartender protected the two regulars while all the other customers were saying how wrong that was. Just a mess of an establishment. Now my pal has stitches and has to miss work. However, I guess this was all made better because the drunk regular and his girl paid my pals tab...

At the end of one night some young punks were having a A pissing contest and this is after some other party had already trashed a whole table of glasses onto the floor, but the one kid walked outside and the other kid started talking about getting a gun so I stepped up and told/yelled at him ain't nobody gonna get no gun The other kid showed back up, and I yelled at him too they wanna do something they can go fight in the parking lot with their fists then Today I walked in and bam she hit me with the bannhammer funny practices there I guess What they would rather have a shooting happen then somebody step up and say something. Inappropriate, rude, and disrespectful service. I went in there with my girlfriend to enjoy a cigar and the manager kept touching me in ways that were not appropriate, including rubbing my leg. When I told him I thought it disrespectful for him to touch me in the ways he was he basically told me to "get over it". I asked to speak to a manager, he proudly said he was a manager then continued to tell me to "go back to portland" on my way out the door.
