UPDATE! – Disappointed After a Promising Start Our initial experience at The Lucie was great thanks to Megan — she was warm, welcoming, and truly helpful during our first visit. She made us feel confident and excited about potentially living there. However, things quickly changed when new management took over. At first, we assumed they were just having a rough day, but when we returned, we were disappointed to find that Megan was no longer there and Leslie was there, no one else was at the office. The difference in customer service was drastic. Leslie was cold, unwelcoming, and seemed completely disinterested in helping us. I even asked if she was okay, hoping to lighten the mood, but she remained dismissive and rude. It made what should have been an exciting experience feel uncomfortable, and honestly, we couldn’t wait to leave. It’s unfortunate that such a promising first impression was overshadowed by poor service during a key decision-making time. Hopefully, management reconsiders how they approach prospective residents moving forward.We are so happy with our experience in this beautiful community! From the very beginning, the customer service has been excellent—warm smiles, genuine welcomes, and so much helpfulness.
Megan has been wonderful from the moment we met her—so helpful, kind, and enjoyable to work with. Stacia was absolutely amazing when my husband and I stopped by on Sunday to see the unit again, after already spending time with Megan on Saturday. And Leslie, the manager, has been incredibly supportive and welcoming as well.

Read moreThis property has gone downhill since they switched all the staff in the leasing office. The team used to be so much friendlier and responsive, but my experience with Leslie has been nothing but frustrating. She ignores emails and when she does reply, it’s with a generic response that doesn’t actually address my concerns.
It’s ridiculous having to follow up three times just to get a response from the property manager. On top of that, they failed to return the full amount I was owed when I moved out, and now it’s been over 40 days with still nothing; despite being told for weeks that the remaining amount would be sent.
The only positive I can mention is the maintenance team Abi and Joe. They are reliable and genuinely care about the residents. Unfortunately, their hard work can’t make up for how poorly I’ve been treated upon leaving.

Read moreI wish I could give this place a good review, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Initially, everything seemed great—friendly staff, smooth leasing process, and promises of a comfortable living environment. However, as soon as I signed the lease, it became clear that their concern for tenants' well-being ended right there.
Communication with the management team is almost impossible. They are unresponsive to emails and hardly ever answer the phone. When you do manage to get in touch, the attitude is dismissive at best.
If you're looking for a place where the management cares about you beyond getting your money, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. The lack of care and support here is disheartening and not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and find an apartment complex that values...
