Dunkin' — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt the need to inform the owner of some things that NEED to be addressed at this establishment. The first thing I noticed when entering the establishment was that there was no adult in charge; the whole restaurant was being run by teenagers with no supervision. When I tried to order a croissant they didn’t even know that they ran out of them. After realizing they didn’t have any , they shouted across the restaurant to the people who ordered before me to inform them that they had run out of croissants and had to change their order. After that, I ordered my food without incident. While waiting for my food, the same people who ordered their food before me complained that their sandwich didn’t have any cheese on it (the employee who was making sandwiches realized that he had accidentally given them the wrong sandwich - which also means yet another customer got the wrong sandwich). When I went to find a table, they were all dirty and the floor was dirty as well. After I ate my meal, I decided to pick up some doughnuts for my family. I asked the employee behind the counter whether the coffee cake roll had cinnamon on it and she said, “I don’t know.” and she made no effort to ask anyone else (which probably would have been fruitless anyway and she knew it). To add insult to injury, when my daughter bit into her doughnut, she said it was stale. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this...

The worst service of my life. (October 29, 2023) It was unbelievably unacceptable. I could not get them to give me my correct order. There was a female taking the orders and making the drinks. Another male doing God knows what. Waited a long time in the drive thru cause my order wasn’t coming. Found it strange how long it had been. We eventually got off the car to come inside the store. We ultimately spent about 30 min waiting for our breakfast sandwiches that the male kept making wrong. He had six 6 items to make. 2 breakfast sandwiches that were the same. 2 egg bites that were the same and 2 another breakfast sandwiches, also the same. No brainer. Unfortunately the male looked like he was definitely on something. He did not look like he was all there. He wasn’t grasping reality.

The female made the drinks, passed him the receipt so he could make the sandwiches and since he wouldn’t, she refused to do it either. So there we were. Standing there waiting for “nothing”. I have never seen that level of unprofessionalism in my life.

At the end I gave up and my husband walked in to request our order. We received the wrong order regardless of how many times we tried explaining it. Management should really take a look at who is employed at this location. Won’t be...

This used to be a good location. Service is so slow that it can be upwards of ten minutes with 3 cars in line. I've tried going inside to be fast but only one person is doing anything while the other 4 stand there doing nothing and it takes even longer to get my order done. On top of that there are all almost always issues with the order. A no sugar coffee with splenda ends up with sugar and splenda and is so sweet it has to be thrown out. Drinks like orange juice are forgotten and the fifteen minute wait was ten minutes longer than you planned on, so now you're running late and feeling rushed and don't realize you don't have a drink until you're on the turnpike and can't do jack about it. Napkins are almost never given so in sick with greasy hands and food on my face that I can't wipe anywhere since I prefer not going to work with mouth food on my shirt. You ask for 2 donuts and you end up with 4, which is too many eat and doesn't make up for the missing orange juice. The only thing going for this location is them being friendly. I dislike repeating my order 4 times to the speaker and then 2 more times at the window and them still getting the order wrong. They also can't make a cappuccino for crap. They just dump coffee in a cup...
