Very expensive for two people for lunch. Food is decent but I got a coke to drink with my meal and it was the worst coke I have had in a long time. If the drink is bad, it doesn’t matter how the food is, I won’t enjoy it. That is actually enough to make me not want to go back because the soft drink is just as important to me as the meal. I need good soda with a hot dog and fries that will elevate the meal itself but a nasty soft drink makes the food taste bad. The coke I had was disgusting, it was all carbonation and no flavoring/syrup..either they need to adjust the levels or actually clean out the machines. If you want soda and you want it to taste good and not ruin your meal, you had better bring your own, I cannot stress enough how bad the coke was. That together with the high cost of the meal, is not a good value for me. I did not enjoy my meal. If you are going to pay top dollar- everything had better be on point. No cutting corners with not taking care of your fountain soda machines properly, or even the way I was called to come and get my food “order number 55, hurry up! Come on!” He did not even give us a chance to stand up- as soon as he called the order number out, he said hurry up. My question is, are you running a dining facility or a cattle farm? Because that is how it sounded when he called us up for our order. Not professional. And please I cant emphasize enough - clean your fountain soda machine, maintenance it and actually check the levels of the carbonation to syrup because flat soda taste better than what I had in there that day. Quit cutting corners if you are going to charge top dollar, step up customer service and actually serve...
Read moreFive Guys? More Like Five Clowns
If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked into Five Guys expecting a quick, quality meal, but instead, I got an unintentional social experiment on how long a human can survive in a fast-food establishment without losing their sanity.
I waited 30 minutes for a burger—long enough to question my life choices—and then another 45 minutes for a milkshake. That’s right, I could’ve churned my own milkshake from scratch in less time. The worst part? The kitchen had only three people actually working, while the other four employees were in the back tickling each other and giggling like a group of unsupervised toddlers at recess. I’m not even exaggerating. At one point, I thought maybe I’d walked into the wrong establishment and was interrupting a slumber party.
By the time my food arrived, I had emotionally aged a decade. The burger was decent, but after waiting that long, I half expected it to be handcrafted by Gordon Ramsay himself. The milkshake? Not worth the wait. I could’ve taken a road trip to an actual dairy farm and hand-milked a cow faster.
If you enjoy long waits, unprofessional staff, and the unsettling sound of distant giggling while your hunger slowly consumes you, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go...
Read moreGetting real tired of being lied to by the delivery service app, or by 5 guys itself, the order is NEVER ready, I ALWAYS have to walk in and tell them to start the order even though my app says it should be worked on based upon proximity. I understand the need to serve a "fresh" product, but you're completely screwing your drivers over, it is ALWAYS a MINIMUM of a ten minute wait, and forget about that if ya'll are busy, it could easily turn into 20. I'm sick of wasting my time waiting 2-3 times longer for the food, than the delivery of the order time itself.
I make such a big deal about this because you're effectively screwing your drivers out of 1 order an hour, which can be the difference between making above minimum wage or not, STOP SCREWING YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE DRIVERS!
For reference, Showed up at 4:17, HAD TO TELL THEM IM HERE SO THEY WOULD EVEN START THE ORDER! order expected to be done by 4:26..... not handed order till 4:37, Drive time to cusomer 7 minutes, drivetime to pickup 6 minutes, YAY I JUST MADE 5$ FOR 33 MINUTES OF WORK, BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO HAVE THE ORDER READY!, that means I make like 9.75 an hour..... factor in gas and I guarentee that is BELOW FEDERAL MINIMUM WAGE, STOP...
