We walked into the restaurant and were told by an elderly gentleman that we assumed was the owner, to have a seat, they would bring us our menus. He could not bring it to us. He said cause he was on the phone with doordash. A few minutes later, the waitress came and brought our drinks. We were there about five or seven minutes, and the waitress was behind the counter, arguing with the elderly. Gentleman telling him out loud to give her the phone and correcting him over and over , meantime, a customer comes ,the gentleman addresses him. He advised, he's there to order to go, he's told to set down, and they would be with him in a minute. Two minutes later, he gets up and goes back to the counter, elderly gentleman says, "Has your order been taken?" No replies the customer. So the elder man begins to take his order in the meantime.We're still waiting. The waitress finishes doordash order, the phone rings, she picks up the phone and goes to the kiosk and starts taking another order from a call in, meantime, we're still waiting at this time.I've had enough. They do not have the priorities in the order. I went to the register to pay.The waitress begins to apologize. I told the waitress they were wrong for taking phone orders instead of waiting on people in the restaurant. She said, "i'm the only one here, and I have to answer the phone." Read moreHello, my name is Jonathan Berrios. I just had a rude experience while placing a phone call to this establishment. While looking online at the menu, it was quite difficult to depict and determine were some of the meal names as there were no names or descriptions provided, only photos.
When trying to place my order on the phone, I tried to explain this to worker and was asking for clarification on what meal was what. I was asking questions about some meal items and I was consistently told that the items were unavailable or it was not an item menu that was offered. I was explaining that menu system is garbage, not the food. The young lady must have misunderstood me and in response, got frustrated with me and said, "I don't have time for this." And HUNG UP!
I am very baffled that this has happened. Never in my history of ordering from this restaurant have I ever experienced such rude and awful treatment. And I order from this restaurant many times before. My card is on even in file. They have never been a problem for me until today. She is awful. Hanging up on people and getting frustrated with customers who have questions regarding their menu is cruel and provides awful customer service. This position is not fit for her. Read moreVisited here based on our neighbors recommendation. I was surprised to have had the worst customer service experience in my lifetime. The waitresses working had a loud verbal argument over who would serve our table and then the waitress who won the argument took 20+ minutes after that to take our drink order. We continued another 20+ minutes watching our waitress count receipts and finally took our food order. We patiently waited a half hour and it was clear by other guests getting up a complaining because their orders were made over an hour prior that it was time to leave. We offered to pay for our drinks but the woman up front said don't worry about it and we left. I feel bad for whoever owns this establishment as he/she is only as good as the employees they have, it's time for some change.
