My husband and I order from Marcos at least once or twice a week. Since we moved out here from Los Angeles California, marcos is one the best pizza we have out here in PSL. The pizza is always hot now only ONCE did they mess up my order lol but that was the ONLY TIME that happened so I'm not gonna have that reflect my review because all the rest of the times we have ordered our pizza has been amazing. The mushrooms they use are OMG DELICIOUS!! ( I WISH I knew what kind they used!!) Delivery is always within a reasonable time and the delivery drivers are always really nice too.....now I wanted to leave AN AMAZING REVIEW FOR THE GATLIN LOCATION FOR YOUR EMPLOYEE LUKE! HE was so nice and pleasant to deal with on the phone. Most of the time when we call the people sound like I'm annoying them by calling to place an order. Seriously ,I don't know if its maybe that they are under staffed,, overwhelmed or both but most times the people that answer the phone are always a bit rude....today was different.. Luke was super nice, has a pleasant tone in his voice and was a real breath of fresh air when he didn't make me feel like I was bothering him when calling to make an order. All of your employees should make the calling an order experience the way Luke did for me. Read moreIt is unfortunate because the pizza is good. Yet, they have missed up our order on 3 different ocassions, still us giving them one more chance after the facts (but 3rd one the last). From breaking our mailbox and driver leaving without saying anything (the neighbors saw it), to ordering a pepperoni pizza and received one with sausage instead. For the last one we called and explained that the pizza was different from the order, a lady named 'Sam' apologized and said that we will have a credit next time we order through phone, and that she will make notes in the system for other employees awareness.
Today we intent to order through phone, when we mentioned our address the person who was "assisting" us, who called himself a manager, told us that our address was not on file, that they do not deliver to our place (when we have ordered in few occasions, over 3), but when I go online I am able to order (crazy). In addition, he mentioned that there was nothing in the system of any credit (recorded). So he instructed us to call tomorrow at 11am when Sam is there (but he is a manager, I wonder if managers instruct their clients to call an employee when they are the ones who make decisions..? Also poor communication).Therefore, not only the order was missed up, but now we do not have our credit unless we talk to Sam, hopping she is responsible and remember the situation.

Read moreWe’ve been ordering from this location for quite some time. Literally on a weekly basis, sometimes twice per week. Tonight’s order sent my last nerve out the window, and I have A LOT of patience. I called to place the order this time bc we have been having issues getting the correct order, specifically garlic sauce on the crust. The conversation started with “Hi Gabriel, I’d like to place an order for delivery.” His response, “we don’t have a name or an address…” Repeated 3 times… so I responded with, “is that the way to ask for a name and address?”
Another time, we called to inform them our order was incorrect and the girl responded with, “well that’s free anyway so I can’t do anything…” I understand that the garlic sauce on the crust is a complimentary addition, but that doesn’t mean not to follow the order that a customer, loyal at that, pays for.
These kids really need to learn some phone and business etiquette! Not only do they sound completely miserable, they don’t pay attention to the details of the order.
I appreciate deliveries being prompt or early most times we order, as well as the manager comping a pie after our order was messed up (a separate time from above mentioned), but we will be taking our business elsewhere...
