First and last trip to Mia's Italian Market. Totally wasted $40.00 - bread for our two subs was hard as a rock. Pastrami sub and chicken cutlet sub were ice cold. Service was awful. The prices online do not match the prices in the store. Pasta salad online $2.99, in the store $5.99. Veal cutlets online $6.95 a pound, in the store $17.95 a pound. The owner, when questioned, said the online menu is wrong and his "guy" is updating it today! How long have you been open? The blonde.taking orders said I was on the right site online, but said the menu changed. I asked for an updated paper menu -.but that was wrong too. I also ordered 6 garlic knots but when I checked the bag they weren't there. She forgot, then gave them to me in a container cold. Yummy. One of the cold knots is about an inch long max. The pasta salad was the worst of all. It had no flavor, was dry, had a couple of pieces of green pepper, onion, and tomato. No olives, no artichoke although they are listed on the ingredients. All in all one of the worst experiences ever in an Italian market and I'm 100% Italian! If you post a price it's not good business to say it's wrong. I'd be surprised to see them in business in a month. Update: As you can see my review was answered by someone from Mia's Market. Sad that he'd bother to answer my comments and then lie. The menu that I pulled up on my phone I did at that very moment, not from dsys ago, not a screen shot. I actually showed the blonde that took my order my phone and asked if I was on the correct site. She assured me I was. The prices were changed within a couple of hours after my visit. I certainly do not need to beg for a posted price nor did I. I simply asked why there was a discrepancy in the online prices in comparison to the signage in the store. However, the gentleman that answered my review is correct on one point; I would not waste my time or money in his store again. How sad that a brand new business would be so rude in response to an honest review. Implyimg that money was the just of my review when in fact it was the food that was sub par...

We love the Mom & Pop places like this. No matter what nationality or who you are, when you're away from your home town, places like these bring you right back home! This place might be small, but it's big with everything Italian! My wife and I been here a couple of times and it's been a very nice experience and the food is delicious! I couldn't help myself, being old school Italian, I called out the owner and asked him where are all the Good Luck Dollar Bills on the wall? He said with a big smile, I have to get them up!!! They only been open for about three weeks, so getting sidetracked is easy to do! Well, I said, I'm going to give you guys our Good Luck $1 bill to put on your wall, wishing Mia's owner and staff a long run with their business! So, for anyone looking for a nice Italian takeout look up Mia's in Port Saint Lucie located on Bayshore Blvd. Today we walked out with the Classic Sicilian pizza and a couple Rice balls. I'm glad I had a couple of cold Peronie's Italian beer on hand, because everything just hit that Italian spot of mine just right! Last week, just a FYI we sampled the Hot sausage, Cheese and Garlic and for the very first time of my life the Chinese Sausage, OMG, all were delicious! OK, before you get all crazy on me! Where does a Chinese Sausage come in at an Italian market??? Who the heck don't like the Chinese ribs you get at a Chinese takeout restaurant??? I have friends who can knock out a large order of ribs! So, here it is, Chinese Ribs put into a BIG FAT SAUSAGE... Boom, just like that! It was an Italian Sausage with a Chinese Spin on it! Best Wishes Mia's... Keep it going with LOVE, ITALIAN STYLE!!!
