My experience in this Wendy's was very poor, and the employees proved to be extremely uninterested, inefficient and unorganized.
I cannot even give a rating on the quality of the food, for I never received my order. None of the employees seemed to respect whatever kind of system or standards any other restaurant should employ to attend customers; larger orders were postponed for the very end, or never made, while smaller orders still took an outrageous time to be made.
I waited about 30 minutes waiting for my order. Then, I waited some other 45 minutes for my food to be prepared, only to realize that they had completely forgotten it.
But what made feel truly angry about the service that I received was not the exhaustive hours of time standing, nor the crowd of the place, nor that I never received my food, but rather the uninterested and lazy approach to the customers.
While a mass of people waited anxiously for their meals, employees whistled, yawned, fidgeted in place... None of them apologized for the wait, nor showed a gesture of kindness or sympathy, nor bothered to look at you in the eye.
I was lucky to receive a reimbursement after I insistently manifested what a terrible service I was receiving. I ended up getting a pre-packed sandwich in a nearby store.
If you intend to eat Wendy's in this place, I just warn that you need a lot of luck in order to receive your oder. It is probable that you will deal with a long, lazy and anarchic process to get your food. Any other restaurant at this location is a better alternative...
Read moreFirst thing one will notice is there are 5 employees standing around and only one working. Secondly was the absolute struggle the cashier was having taking a simple order. When our turn came to order, the disdain this cashier felt for anyone she was waiting on came through to the point that it was obvious she did not want to be there and especially did not want to take our order. No words of greeting were spoken. We gave her our order, she tapped on her screen, I waited for the card reader to turn green, I tapped my card, a receipt printed out, she handed it to me, never said thank you or anything for that fact. All as she leaned on the cash register as if it were not there she would fall on the floor. The one semi friendly lady in the back, came forward, called our name, we grabbed our bag and departed. I gave them a 2 rather than a 1 due to the fact they actually got our order correct. I hate that these employees are a representation to visitors to Florida. There was NOTHING Fast going on as the other 4 shuffled around a spoke in a language unbeknownst to me. Stopping in to the rest area again, I would not subject myself to such horrible service...
Read moreDOES NOT CLOSE AT 1AM. THEY CLOSE AT 9P. THEY WERE SO BUSY TRYING TO COOK FOOD FOR THEM TO TAKE HOME, THEY NELGECTED OUR FOOD. WE HAD TO WAIT FOR HALF OF OUR FOOD. THE SOME OF THE BURGERS WERE DONE BUT HAD TO WAIT FOR NUGGETS. THEY DIDN'T GIVE US OUR FROSTY, THEY FORGOT A WHOLE MEAL TO COOK, SO WE HAD TO WAIT 7 MORE MINUTES. BY THE TIME OUR FOOD WAS DONE, THE REST WAS COLD WHEN THEY FINALLY GAVE IT TO US. I LITERALLY WATCHED A COOK REACH IN A FRYER BASKET AND ATE A CHICKEN TENDER RIGHT FROM IT. THE MANAGER CAME BACK AND LAUGHED ASKING IF WE WERE STILL WAITING ON OUR FOOD INSTEAD OF HELPING, SHE JUST KEPT WALKING OUT. I RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS WENDY'S.
