Long time favorite spot right on Port Townsend Bay offering FULL PINTS/POURS, a real-time beer menu (live via a webcam), a well-balanced variety of beer styles with an amazing selection of to-go offerings right on the water. Need I say more? I’ve been patronizing this establishment for over a decade now and cannot thank them enough for having their offerings live via webcam. It’s just that easy! I also praise them for not cheating customers with wacky glassware, non-full pours & the laziness of not offering an online menu. Instead, they keep it simple with snacks, amazing beers & friendly staff every time I visit! Pourhouse is lovely on a sunny day, but great in any weather and there’s always interesting boating activity to view from the outdoor seating area. I often grab food from 123 Thai Food just a block away as outside food is welcome. Thank you for keeping it real & CHEERS!!! 🍺👍🏻⛱️🛥️

Sep 2022 - Twice this week to one of the better beer gardens in the state. Chairs are a great addition to the picnic tables. The great rotating tap list continues accompanied by great service. IMO the can prices are too high at $17-$20 for a 4x16. Parking can be a challenge, but not if you're willing to walk a block or 100-200 yards. May 2021 - Two days in a row. This is one of the most comfortable beer gardens we been to in WA. Nice drink menu covering all the bases. They have wine, Meade, and cider also. You can bring food in. They have close to 100 canned varieties to go. The rest rooms are unisex and clean. Great service from a knowledgeable bar staff. If you found this review to be helpful please consider adding a thumbs up. 👍 TY

Love LOVE The Pourhouse! The ability to bring in takeout really elevates the whole place, beyond the fantastic outside seating. There's inside seating too, which is nice, but PoHo is theeeee place to be in the summer. Every beer that I can call my favorite was first enjoyed from one of their rotating taps. Snacks on site are limited but there's delicious Pho and Thai a block away that delivers. It's dog friendly and right on the water. I wish more places like Pourhouse existed. Plus they have a good selection of bottled & canned drinks you can procure.

Came in a few days ago mid day (not late at night) and the server was rude with a “locals only - tourists go away” attitude when we walked in. Don’t make the mistake of accidentally bringing your children in. Apparently everyone is supposed to do extensive research online regarding their kid policy before entering. Not sure if this policy is outside of this establishment’s control or not legally, however, this review is not about their policy but their customer service. It’s about how we were talked to. Clear signage on the door or in their Google listing (suggestion to be direct: “sorry, we are NOT Family Friendly but, despite potential liability and health and safety concerns we are Dog Friendly) and more professional communication from the bartender seems like a base level expectation of a locally-owned small business with good customer service. Suggest this place creates taking points and training for their staff on how to navigate these conversations in a professional way focused on providing good customer service instead of having people walk away feeling humiliated and chastised. After looking at other 1-2 star reviews for this place, it’s evident we are not alone in...

Weird place - inconsistent rules

I come in with my wife and baby and was told I can't bring the child in but that I could buy bottles to go if I wanted. Decided to go down the street to a different brewery to get a beer to drink before I bought any bottles. Came back 20min later to buy some bottles, new girl up front says we can't even have the baby on the property. I can see the girl who we originally spoke with and she's now serving drinks and I explain that she said we could buy beer to go and new girl refuses to honor that. I can see the girl in the background listening in on the conversation and never speaks up about it and new lady gets rude after saying , and this is a direct quote, "well I don't know. I've never heard that" so how an "I don't know" and the other person saying "it's ok" equals sending us on our way without anything I don't know but I do know if you want inconsistencies and stuck up service about small things then its the place to go. No one was making it a deal but her. Even the red head next to her was nodding her hear as I was explaining signaling that it was ok. I just...

My aunt LOVES this place! It's a fun little joint that's popular with a more mature crowd, to the point where the bartender chuckled when she carded me and admitted they didn't get a lot of patrons under 40. Dog-friendly and a place you can bring your card and board games, with lots of neat beers and ciders on tap and in cans/bottles. They also have a lot of non-alcoholic beverages! I'm not so into non-alcoholic beer, but I tried the hop water (a sparkling, hop-infused water) and it was exactly how the bartender described it: refreshing! If you don't drink or are the designated driver for the night and want something light and beery, give it a try. Our bartender was great and well-informed, and they'll give you a sip of their beers and ciders on tap to help decide what to get, with a variety of sizes. There's also outdoor seating, couches, bar seating and high tables, and a clean restroom with weekly-refreshed comics. Very laid back! We didn't try any of the snacks, but apparently you can even bring in...
