The bald chick that works there is nasty and condescending. I called her out on her attitude and she gave me more attitude. If I want you to put sugar in my coffee, you do it. If I say I’d like a little breve in my coffee, you put a flipping splash of breve in my coffee. I’m aware that there is a self serve area to doctor up your coffee, but I’ve always asked to have it done for me. This is the worse SB I've ever been too. The vanilla syrup is watered down or not the brand that is supposed to be used. They don't read the instructions and a light Ice order is received with extra ice packed all the way to the bottom of the cup. They argue with you over your order when you ask for no water and no ice and will give you a half filled cup saying that's what u get with no water or ice. But that not how real SB work.
