Happy Wok — Restaurant in Port Wentworth

This place is the closest to me. Food is not the best but it helps with Asian craving. The staff is not friendly and super unprofessional. Thus far I have just heard their rudeness with other customers. This past week it was my turn… I ordered for my family and picked up. It took 1-45 min for my order to be ready even though the app said 45 min. Ok, things happen I’ll wait(they were pretty busy) I picked up the food and was rushed off when I asked for soy sauce. When I got home my son was missing his food. I called so that they can revise and or make the food if they forgot. I just needed to pick up the food I paid for and didn’t receive. When I called the man in the phone said that it’s and online order and the person in charge was busy!!! I was in awe! I explained, maybe he is not understanding… I paid for a dish I did not receive. He said ok he busy. He told me the person will call me in an hour. After my whole family was at the dinner table waiting!?!? They never called, when I went to the store they said I waited too long and they don’t know if I’m lying. I said I spoke to someone u must have my caller id. The customer service at this restaurant is horrible. We ordered food, over the phone, and my 15 year old son used uber to go and get it. The chip on my credit card must not have been syncing with their system so he asked if he could call me to get another card number. They grabbed the food, put it back into the kitchen and told him to get out. Not knowing how to handle a situation like that, he left and got pizza next door. My husband then went to order food there 2 weeks later and they wouldn't allow him to order and pay over the phone, because of the previous situation with our son, they kept saying "you order, then don't pay". My husband had just worked a 12 hour day and wasn't going to stand in a Chinese restaurant waiting for his food to be cooked. I walked in to a lady eating at the register. She decided to continue eating until she felt like greeting me. ( She looked up from her food at me and put another mouthful in). Once she was done she asked what I had and took my payment and then proceeded to ignore me. She was really nice to the other customers that were seated (two Chinese gentlemen), brought him his food and told him he could grab a drink.
