Burger King — Restaurant in Port Wentworth

okay let’s update: they have brought in different workers, only one had a problem and asked us to repeat the order three times but the food has improved tremendously the burgers are hot and fresh and the fries are fresh!! wow BK has some really good fries and if they or any food is not fresh it shows. Please give more than one ranch when asked due to having more than one meal that is around $32 that expensive especially when the food is old or cold .. thank you for the improvement lastly PLEASE CHECK THE SODA LINES still taste like carbon so the lines must be off on the syrup maybe 😡🚩🚩🚩pLet’s get right into it.. the dining hours, and to eat, and eat inside are up to the “employees”. It’s the day time, and you walk up to the counter…and they leave to the back or the one leaning like she is on the phone at the the drive thru register is like a statue never moving nor acknowledging. I see burgers made thrown in a pile to just be thrown again in a bag… and fries in the baskets ready to be refried because they are LAZY!!!! there were maybe 4 cars in drive thru. So it’s around 5 PM ,and like I said the dining is open.. so people get off work and want to eat but nope he told everyone “get in the drive thru we ain’t working the front you see it’s just two of us” now we kept calm for the “worker’s” sake, and the elderly couples sake. BURGER KING CORP Shut it down!!! Serving old cold food, for no reason. BK has some good fast food if the store is managed properly. I have been to some great BK stores the burgers are always fresh, patties are fresh, fries are always fresh. This is unacceptable. This store and the one on Jimmy Del. highway do not deserve BK .. the store on JIMMY DEL HIGHWAY not far from here is new, and look how they are badly representing BK. Have been traveling for 15 hours. Stopped to grab lunch/dinner. We went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 #1's large with a coke and Dr. Pepper. Did not recevie napkins or condiments with the order. And we received a Coke and Root Beer. So I went inside to get some ketchup didnt know about the drinks at that time . When I walked in no one was up front, there one young man that walked from one side in the back to the other. I waited maybe 1-2 minutes before I moved to the other side of the counter. As I was standing there looking I was truly appauld of the condition of the store oh and the young man in the back was dancing instead of acknowledging I was there at the same time the french fryer was beeping and no one addressed it. Then a lady came around the corner and I asked her for some ketchup she was very kind and gave it to me. She was walking very timidly because there was ice/ grease you name it on the floor, and I'm suspect she was scared of falling there was a hamburger under the warmer that was half wrapped. There was ketchup splattered on the walls and genuinely did not look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. On my way out the door was disgusting it again had not been cleaned in a very very long time, as a matter of fact there was not even a clean spot to look out. I advised my husband to check for roaches or bugs in our food before taking a bite. I couldn't eat I was so repulsed. Will be calling the health department...

The lead manager (I believe her name was Malinda) denied me service because I suggested they should lock their doors when theyre only doing drive through. I walk into the building, present my app's code and the employee at the register looks at me in confusion like a deer in headlights. Then the manager comes out and yells at me from across the building saying "drive through only." I asked why, and they just repeated themselves saying theyre only doing drive through. I said "sorry, I couldn't tell because the doors are unlocked. maybe you should lock them when the lobby is closed." and so I left and waited for 10 minutes in thee drive thru that wasn't that busy. I get to the speaker, and wait for another 4 minutes before someone asks me for my order, except they didnt. The manager talked through the speaker saying they were denying me service for "being disrespectful" and I questioned how I was disrespectful, but she cut me off and told me to leave the drive through because I wasnt going to get service.
