Attitude tonight was rough. I travel a lot and usually spend about three months in each location. CF is my go to for dinner and sometimes breakfast.
This one has shown some attitude three times. Tonight I decided to write about it.
I was there two nights ago. I get my tea with either little ice or no ice. Always get the extra large. I got my tea and it was mostly ice, 4 good sips and it's empty. I was already driving home so I didn't want to go back.
So tonight I told them. She apologized and said she would make it right. Then she wanted to charge me. I responded with, I felt like making it right is to give me what I already paid for and did not get.
She said I needed my receipt, which I struggled to find. I had others from there, but not that one. I told her I just put cup in the back floor board. She said I needed to get it out and show it to the girl at the window. Then I found the receipt (thank goodness) and showed it to her. She told me to show the receipt to the girl taking my money.
I pulled up, the girl didn't want to see my receipt. She was very sweet. She smiled and said she told them very little ice.
I paid for my four chicken strips, kale salad and Mac. I told her I like about one to two Buffalo sauces per strip so I gaged six buffalo and six ranches. Two ranches were for my salad. [I don't normally like ranch but I do like CF ranch.]
I pull up to the Window and first thing I am handed is tea. Again, mostly ice. I say something to the guy and he stares at me. I take the tea and just say it's ok. Then a young looking manager comes through the guy and another girl at the window, parting them out of the way, and tells me I can only have "three" buffalo sauces, but it was ok because she was giving me "three" ranches. I looked at her and said "but there are four strips. I like to soak my strips" At this point, I am perplexed at the handling of condiments. She whips around and puts more sauces into a different bag. She offers the MOST insincere smile, as she hands it to me.
The food of course was delish (hencewhy they got 2 stars). But the attitude here needs some major adjustments.

Read moreSo I wanted to Chik-Fil-A a chance even though I've heard the founder supports anti-LGBT causes. That said, the experience I had was below mediocre. I was politely greeted upon entering the store which was great. I decided to order the chicken nugget meal as I felt it was a safe bet and their Chik-Fil-A sauce sounded good. Well they scramble around with my food before someone who looks like a manager decides to call my name then proceed to misgender me multiple times in from of other customers. This, I blow off, as part and parcel of a conservative owned business; so I grab my bag and head back to work. Well the breading on the chicken nuggets was more soggy than it was soft and the nuggets themselves tasted underwhelming and didn't have the best texture (I could even squeeze them and they would spring back to their original shape.) The waffle fries were actually pretty decent as was the Chik-Fil-A sauce. I ended up getting sick not too long after this and the only thing I can think caused the issues were the suspect nuggets. Since I hear so many people rave about them, it leads me to believe this was done intentionally as I am openly transgender. Given that the highlight of my experience boiled down to a courteous greeting and decent tasting pre-packaged sauce, I can truly say that I would never go to a...
Read moreI usually have never had a problem with Chick-fil-A. I am the biggest fan of Chick-fil-A. I love their food so much and I literally go there all the time although the last two weeks at this specific location, not only have I not had kind humans taking my order, but they also have messed up my order. I bought an iced coffee, original three different occasions, and it was not an iced coffee original it had mocha in it. . I bought a iced coffee, original three different occasions, and it was not an iced coffee original it had mocha in it or some type of chocolate in it and they said it was the original which I have ordered an iced coffee there forever. And it was definitely not the same. I have ordered from there a chicken sausage burrito in on the label. It said chicken sausage burrito but when you opened it, it was bacon you call and very respectfully just wanna mention that this occurred and I have not had the most kind people talking back. I never once have had an issue here except recently and honestly, it definitely turns me off at this location. I definitely count on Chick-fil-A to be the one place where you’ll get a happy smile, positive attitude, and I love that they take ownership in that, but it has kind of disappointed me recently. We’ll be trying the West...
