My family and I went to your restraunt for the first time last night. We were looking for a good experience because we had heard such great things about the food. The food was great but some of the staff, not so much! The young lady that was at the register was very helpful with the dishes and helping us decide the best thing to purchase. It wasn't busy so we didn't feel rushed either. But, as we were sitting there I had noticed the way the staff was being treated by what I thought was just an employee being a bully but come to find out it was a manager. She was talking down to the staff and at one point she yelled at an employee that was having exceptional customer service and asking the few people that were in the building if they needed anything. She made an employee go outside to her car to get a sweatshirt for her because "this f@#king place is freezing". I'm sorry, but those were her words, not mine. She was standing around barking orders to some but laughing with others that clearly she had favoritism towards. We used to eat here fairly regularly, but it has been a year or two since our last visit, and either the chain itself, or just this location, have gone downhill hard. Although there were few customers, the place was filthy. Carpets were in dire need of a vacuuming or at least a sweep up. Dishes and tables also looked less than clean. Had we walked through the dining room before paying for our food we would have left. The staff wasn't very friendly either. The food was also a big disappointment. For some reason my udon noodles were cut up really small, which made it very odd to eat. There was also a noticeable decline in the quality of the ingredients since our previous visits. Read moreI came as part of a group of 12 people from my office. I ordered my food in the middle of the group and when it came for food to be brought out, my food was not there but everyone else’s was. I was told that they would put a replacement order in right away. 20 minutes later I ask where my food is and get the response that they forgot to put it in and that it would be out shortly. A few minutes later my food arrives but it was covered in green onions which I ordered no green onions and have a dessert set in front of me. They take the food back and five minutes later put the correct dish put in front of me. Based on the fact that there were still a handful of green onions in it and it didn’t seem very fresh my guess is that they tried to just pick them out.
